Restart the connection procedure in the app. If the problem persists, temporarily move the doorbell closer to the router.

What to do if the indoor chime does not ring?
Check that the compatible indoor chime WIFICDPC10xx is synchronized with the doorbell. The distance between the doorbell and the chime should not exceed 20-30 meters.
