Check that the battery is correctly inserted and functional. Ensure the doorbell is connected to Wi-Fi and the app is active. Restart the doorbell by removing and reinserting the battery.

How to replace the battery?

Remove the doorbell from its bracket. Open the battery compartment (usually by sliding the cover). Replace the used battery with a new CR2032 battery, observing polarity (+/-). Close the compartment and reassemble the doorbell.
