How to clean the pump filter?

To clean the pump filter, open the pump cover (located at the bottom right). Remove the pump cover by turning it, then carefully remove the filter. Clean it under running water and put it back in place. Make sure the appliance is unplugged and the water is drained.

How to change the door seal?

Replacing the door seal requires removing the front panel, top, and control panel. Follow the steps in the repair manual. You need to undo the clamping ring, disconnect the connectors, and remove the old seal. Assembly is done in reverse order by tightening the tension ring to 3.4 Nm.

What to do if the washing machine does not start?

First check the power supply and that the door is properly closed. If the screen does not light up, check the circuit breaker. If an error message appears, consult the user manual. A door lock problem may require replacement of the door lock (see repair manual).

How to use the drum cleaning program?

Select the 'Drum Cleaning' program (or 'Drum Clean') on the control panel. Start the program without laundry and add a specific cleaning product. The program heats the water to 90°C to remove residues and bacteria.

How to reset the washing machine?

To reset, unplug the appliance for at least 60 seconds then plug it back in. If the screen displays an error code, note it down and consult the manual. Some models allow a reset by pressing a combination of buttons (see manual).

How to change the drum light bulb?

The drum light bulb is located behind a bracket. First remove the top, detergent drawer, and control panel. Take out the light bracket, disconnect the electrical connections, and remove the bulb from its holder. Reassemble in reverse order.

Why does water remain in the detergent drawer?

This may be due to a clogged or improperly inserted detergent drawer. Clean the detergent drawer under hot water. Make sure the drawer is properly engaged. If the problem persists, check the water inlet hose and the inlet filter.

How to replace the detergent drawer handle?

First remove the detergent drawer by pressing the latch. Then remove the handle's fastening elements and pull it out. Mount the new handle in reverse order.

What does a water leak under the machine mean?

It may come from a worn door seal, a loose inlet or drain hose, or a poorly closed pump filter. Check these points. For the door seal, a repair is necessary (see repair manual).

How to reverse the door opening direction?

The WM14VEH7NL model allows changing the door opening direction. You must disassemble the door, remove the hinges and reposition them on the other side. Follow the instructions in the installation manual. It is recommended to call a professional.

Tighten tension ring of boot gasket with 3,4 Nm.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
