How to turn on and connect the headset via Bluetooth?

To turn on, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The indicator lights up. To connect via Bluetooth, ensure the headset is in pairing mode (indicator flashes). Select JBL Tour One M3 in your device's Bluetooth list. If needed, swipe down and hold for 2 seconds to return to pairing mode.

How to use multipoint connection?

The headset supports multipoint connection for up to 2 devices simultaneously. To activate, press and hold the corresponding button for 2 seconds. You can switch between devices automatically.

How to activate Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

Press the ANC (RBA) dedicated button to activate or deactivate Active Noise Cancellation. You can also configure advanced controls via the JBL Headphones app.

What is the battery life?

Battery life varies by usage: up to 70 hours music playback without ANC, 40 hours with ANC, 38 hours talk time without ANC, and 34 hours with ANC. The transmitter offers up to 18 hours of battery life.

How to charge the headset and transmitter?

Use the included USB-C cable. Plug it into a power source (5V 1A recommended). Full charge takes about 2 hours. The indicator shows charge level: red during charging, green when fully charged.

What to do if the headset does not turn on?

First check that the battery is not depleted. Connect it to the charger for a few minutes. If it still does not turn on, perform a reset by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds (restart). If the problem persists, contact JBL support.

How to reset the headset?

For a reset, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. For a full restart, hold for 10 seconds. The headset will turn off and then on again automatically.

Can I use the headset in wired mode?

Yes, you can use the headset in wired mode via the 3.5 mm jack or USB-C port (with appropriate cable). In this case, audio quality may vary depending on the source. Use original cables for best performance.

How to use the Smart Talk function?

The Smart Talk (or TalkThru) function allows you to reduce music volume to hear your surroundings without removing the headset. Activate it via the JBL Headphones app or by pressing the dedicated button if configured.

How to clean the headset?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean surfaces. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners. For earpads, you can wipe them with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry completely before reattaching.
