How to pair the JBL Reflect Aero with my phone?

Make sure the earphones are in the case and the case is open. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select JBL REFLECT AERO from the list of devices. The connection is made automatically.

How to reset the earphones to factory settings?

Place the earphones in the case, then press and hold both touch buttons for 10 seconds until the LEDs flash white. The earphones will be reset.

What is the actual battery life of the earphones?

Music playback time reaches 8 hours with ANC off, and approximately 5 hours with ANC on. In conversation, you can get 3.5 hours with ANC and 4.5 hours without ANC.

How to activate Ambient Aware or TalkThru mode?

Tap on the left or right earphone (depending on the configuration in the JBL Headphones app) to switch between modes. You can customize these controls in the app.

Are the earphones really waterproof?

Yes, they are certified IP68, meaning they are resistant to dust and immersion in water up to 1 meter depth for 30 minutes. Ideal for sports and bad weather.

How to connect the earphones to two devices simultaneously?

The JBL Reflect Aero supports multipoint connection. First connect the first device, then enable Bluetooth on the second and select the earphones. You can switch between the two devices automatically.

How to change the ear tips for a better fit?

Gently pull on the used ear tip to remove it, then snap on the new ear tip of the desired size (S, M, L). Make sure it is securely attached for optimal isolation.

Can I use the earphones with only one side?

Yes, thanks to the Dual Connect + Sync feature, you can use a single earphone in mono mode. The other can remain in the case.

How to use voice commands with Siri or Google Assistant?

Enable the assistant in the JBL Headphones app and assign a touch command (e.g., long press) to trigger the assistant. Then say your command as usual.

How to clean the earphones and the case?
