How to connect my JBL Live Free 2 TWS earbuds to my phone?

Take the earbuds out of the case, enable Bluetooth on your phone, and select "JBL LIVE FREE 2 TWS" from the device list. Connection is automatic after initial setup.

How to activate active noise cancellation (ANC)?

Press and hold the touch button on the left or right earbud to switch between ANC, Ambient Aware, TalkThru, and off. You can also configure controls via the JBL Headphones app.

What is the battery life of the earbuds?

With noise cancellation off, battery life is 6 hours. With ANC on, it is 5 hours. The charging case provides additional charges.

How to reset the earbuds to factory settings?

Place the earbuds in the case, then press and hold the touch button on each earbud for 10 seconds until the LEDs flash white. The earbuds will be reset.

Can I use a single earbud in mono mode?

Yes, thanks to the Dual Connect + Sync feature, you can use a single earbud in mono mode. The other earbud stays in the case.

How to charge the charging case?

The case charges via a USB-C cable with a 5V=1A power supply or on a certified Qi wireless charging pad (not included). The LEDs indicate charging status.

How to clean my earbuds?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the earbuds and case. Do not use liquid or abrasive products. Remove the silicone tips and rinse them with warm water if needed.

What to do if an earbud does not turn on or connect?

Make sure the earbud is charged. Place it in the case and close the lid for 5 seconds, then try again. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset.

How to use multipoint to connect two devices?

Activate multipoint connection by pressing and holding the touch button on the right earbud for 2 seconds. Connect the first device, then the second. You can switch between them automatically.

What touch controls are available?

Tap once: play/pause. Tap twice: next track. Tap three times: previous track. Press and hold: activate ANC or voice assistant depending on configuration.
