How to connect the earbuds to my phone?

To connect your JBL Tune Buds, remove them from the charging case. The earbuds automatically enter pairing mode. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select JBL TUNE BUDS from the list of available devices. If the connection does not happen automatically, press and hold the touch surface of both earbuds for a few seconds until the LED flashes.

How to use Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is activated by touching the left or right earbud (depending on the configuration in the JBL Headphones app). By default, a long press allows switching between ANC, Ambient Aware, and off modes. You can customize these controls in the app.

What is the battery life of the earbuds?

With Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) off, playback time can reach 12 hours. Talk time is approximately 6.6 hours without ANC. Using ANC reduces battery life.

How to charge the case?

The charging case is charged via a USB-C cable (not included). Connect the cable to the case port and to a power source (wall adapter or USB port). The case LED indicates charging progress. Full charging time is approximately 2 hours.

How to change the ear tips?

Carefully remove the old ear tip by pulling gently. Choose the ear tip size that ensures a good fit and optimal sound isolation (sizes S, M, L provided). Attach the new ear tip by pushing firmly onto the speaker tube until it is securely in place.

Are the earbuds waterproof?

The JBL Tune Buds are not certified waterproof. They are sweat and splash resistant, but avoid prolonged contact with water or immersion.

How to reset the earbuds?

To reset your JBL Tune Buds, place the earbuds in the charging case. Press and hold the touch area of both earbuds for about 10 seconds until the LEDs flash white. Release, then remove the earbuds: they are reset and ready to be paired.

How to use Ambient Aware mode?

Ambient Aware mode allows you to hear surrounding sounds while listening to music. Activate it via the JBL Headphones app or by a touch command (by default, a long press on an earbud cycles between ANC, Ambient Aware, and off). You can adjust the Ambient Aware level in the app.

What do the LED indicators mean?

The LEDs on the earbuds and case indicate device status: Solid or flashing white: pairing in progress or connection established; Flashing red: low battery; Orange/Green solid on the case: charging (orange) or full (green). Refer to the manual for more details.

How to use the VoiceAware function?

VoiceAware allows you to hear your own voice during calls or when using ANC. This function is adjusted in the JBL Headphones app. You can enable or disable VoiceAware and adjust the voice feedback level according to your preferences.
