Instruction Manual Thank you for choosing our product. We hope you will enjoy using the appliance. Symbols in these Instruction Manual Important information for your safety is specially marked. It is essential to comply with these instructions in order to avoid accidents and prevent damage to the appliance:

If you give this appliance to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.
- The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not t for commercial use.
- Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
- When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
- Do not operate the appliance without supervision. If you leave the room you should always turn the appliance off. Remove the plug from the socket.

- In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the ther- mal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an exter- nal switching appliance, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
- Make sure that the power cable is not lying on the appliance. Route it along the oor and towards the back away from the appliance.

Installation of the Feet Please note illustration 1, which shows the underside of the appliance.
- Attach the two feet with the four 15 mm screws.
Only the 15 mm-long screws supplied should be used. Damage the appliance or represent a hazard to the user or others. Initial Operation
- Make sure that the degree of protection of the socket to which the appliance is connected is of at least 10 am- pere!
- Place the appliance on any heat-resistant at surface. Ensure that air can enter and leave unhindered.
- The distance from the air outlet grille to the nearest wall should be at least 1 m.
- Only connect the appliance to a properly installed safety socket. Function Switch The heating power is determined by the various levels. Overheating Protection
- The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection that switches the appliance automatically off in case of overheating. - Tilt the function switch to “0” position and pull out plug out of the socket. Let the appliance cool down for about 10 minutes before using it again.
- Is the appliance overheating? - Check whether the air intake or outlet of the heater is blocked. If so, the blockage should be removed.
- Should the overheating protection shut the appliance off again shortly after, there is probably a defect. - Switch off the appliance again and pull out the plug. - Have the appliance checked by the dealer or by our service. Cleaning
- Before cleaning, always remove the mains plug and wait until the appliance has cooled down.
- Wipe off the dust on the appliance with a dry cloth.
- A damp cloth (not wet) may be used for the removal of stains.
