Refer to the program table in the manual. Each program is suitable for a type of bread (basic, French, whole wheat, sweet, etc.) and a weight (1125 g, 1350 g, 1600 g). Select the corresponding program.
What is the order of adding ingredients?
First add liquids (water, oil), then dry ingredients (salt, sugar, flour). Yeast must be placed on top of dry flour, without contact with salt or liquids, unless otherwise indicated.
Can I open the lid during operation?
Yes, you can open the lid to check the dough or add ingredients. This does not interrupt the program but may affect the temperature.
How to clean the bread machine?
Unplug the appliance and let it cool. Remove the bowl and kneading paddle. Wash them in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Wipe the inside of the housing with a damp cloth. Never immerse the housing in water.
What to do if the bread is overbaked or underbaked?
Use the crust setting (COLOR) to choose between light (LIGHT), medium (MEDIUM), or dark (DARK). For bake only, the temperature can be set from 100 °C to 200 °C.
Can I use fresh yeast instead of instant yeast?
Yes, but quantities differ. In general, 1 teaspoon of instant yeast equals about 10 g of fresh yeast. Adjust according to the recipe.
What does the error message 'H:HH' on the display mean?
