Frequently Asked Questions - WineMaster Touch 66 CASO

How to adjust the temperature in my WineMaster Touch 66 wine cellar?
Use the + and - keys on the control panel. For the upper zone, use the left keypad; for the lower zone, use the right keypad. The temperature can be set from 5 °C to 22 °C in steps of 1 °C.
What to do if the wine cellar is not cooling sufficiently?
First check the temperature setting. Make sure the door is properly closed and the seal is clean. Avoid opening the door too often. Leave at least 8 cm of space around the appliance for adequate ventilation. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
Why does my appliance make a gurgling noise?
This noise is normal: it comes from the compressor when starting or stopping and from the refrigerant circulating in the cooling circuit. This is not a defect.
How to clean the interior of the wine cellar?
Unplug the appliance. Clean the interior with warm water mixed with baking soda (2 teaspoons per 1/4 liter of water) and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly with a dry cloth.
The interior light does not turn on, what to do?
Check that the appliance is powered on. If the LED does not light up, it may be a problem with the control panel or electronic board. Contact customer service for diagnosis.
How to reverse the door opening direction?
The manual does not describe any possible reversal. The door is mounted at the factory. If you wish to reverse it, contact a professional approved by the manufacturer.
What does the error display 'Lo' mean?
The 'Lo' error indicates a too low temperature in the cellar. Check the setting and environment. If the error persists, contact customer service.
Why is there condensation inside the cellar?
This occurs if the door has been open for a long time or frequently in a humid environment. Keep the door closed as much as possible. If the problem persists, check the door seal tightness.
How to transport my wine cellar?
Before transport, unplug the appliance, empty the contents, secure the door with tape and ensure the appliance remains upright. Use the original packaging if possible.
What temperature is recommended for red wine and white wine?
For red wine: 12 °C to 16 °C. For white wine: 6 °C to 10 °C. The cellar allows setting two independent zones for optimal storage.
