Frequently Asked Questions - B350 SingleServe CASO

How to assemble the appliance before first use?
Wash the removable parts (containers, lids, blade base) in soapy water. Dry them. To assemble, place ingredients in the container, screw the blade base clockwise, then place the container on the motor base and turn until it locks (arrows aligned). Plug in and press the on/off button.
Can you blend hot ingredients?
No, the temperature of liquids must not exceed 50°C to avoid burns and damage to the appliance.
What to do if the appliance does not start?
Check that the plug is properly inserted and that the appliance is correctly assembled. The safety switch prevents operation if the container is not properly engaged. Make sure the arrows are aligned and the container is locked.
What is the maximum continuous operating time?
Do not operate the appliance for more than 60 seconds continuously. Let it cool down for at least 60 seconds before using it again.
How to clean the very sharp blade base?
Handle the blade base with care. Wash it under running water or in the dishwasher. You can also blend water with a little dish soap for 15 seconds for a quick clean.
Can I use the appliance to blend frozen fruits or ice?
Frozen fruits and ice should not be blended with a large amount of liquid, as this could damage the appliance. It is better to let them thaw slightly or cut them into small pieces.
What to do if a sealing gasket is missing or damaged?
Sealing gaskets are essential to prevent leaks. Replace them with original parts. You can remove them for cleaning and reinsert them correctly: the thick gasket is for the lid, the thin gasket is for the blade base.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
The warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects or material defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to improper use, or unauthorized repairs.
Can I use accessories from other brands?
Only accessories recommended by the manufacturer should be used to avoid risk of injury or malfunction. The use of unauthorized accessories voids the warranty.
How to dispose of the appliance at the end of its life?
Do not dispose of the appliance with household waste. Take it to a collection point for electrical and electronic appliances. Ask your local authority or recycling center.
