USER MANUAL Splash KW60 WILFA

• Always place the object to be weight at the center of the kitchen scale.

• Do not place any object on top of the scale before switching the appliance on.

• Remove the batteries if the scale is not being used for a long period.

• Rinse the scale under water and clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemical/ abrasive cleaning agents.

• Never immerse the appliance into water or any other liquid.

• Keep the scale in a cool dry area. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS Wilfa KW-60 is a kitchen scale designed for measuring the weight of different objects and is extra suitable for weighing various types of food and ingredients due to its easy to clean rubberlike coating. The design allows the appliance to easily be cleaned under a water faucet. The grade of waterproof is IPX7.5

1. Use the screwdriver to unscrew the

battery compartment cover.

2. Insert the batteries (3X 1,5V AAA)

into the battery compartment according to the indications for polarity (+-) located on the inside of the compartment.

3. Close the battery compartment

cover with firm pressure, and use screwdriver again to tighten the screws.

• The LED display will light up if batteries has been places correctly.

In weighing mode, press the UNIT button to select your desired unit (g, .oz, lb, oz, ml). The units will be displayed in the LED display. (The default unit is g). NOTE: After you have selected your desired weight unit, you may start the weighing. If there is no operation, the scale will switch off automatically in about 2 minutes. Or you can press and hold the ON/OFF/TARE button for about 2s to switch the scale off.8

MEASURING WITH TARE FUNCTION

TARE function allows you to weigh different items consecutively without removing the items from the scale.

1. When the scale is off, press the

ON/OFF/TARE button to enter the weighing mode. Start to weigh when “0” is shown on the LED.

2. Place the rst item you wish to

weight onto the scale, the LED will show the weight of the rst item.

3. Press the ON/OFF/TARE button to

reset the display to zero. NOTE: If the weight is less than 600g, the “TARE” icon will not appear on the display by pressing the ON/OFF/ TARE button.

4. Now add another item to weigh

onto the scale. The LED will show the weight of the newly added item.

The objects, which weigh over 1000g, are placed on the scale before it is switched on. Remove the objects from the scale, wait until it displays zero, then you can start weighing.
