How to connect the G633 headset to my PC?

Can I use the headset on PlayStation 4?

Yes, in PC mode with a USB cable, or in 3.5 mm mode with a jack cable. Programmable buttons and 7.1 surround sound do not work on PS4. Set the console's audio settings to All Audio for headset output.

How to program the G1, G2, and G3 buttons?

Download and install Logitech Gaming Software (Assistant for some video). Connect the headset in PC mode via USB. Then you can assign actions to each button (lighting, equalizer, Dolby, etc.).

What to do if my microphone does not work?

Check that the boom mic is properly deployed (it auto-mutes when raised). In PC mode, ensure you are connected via USB. In 3.5 mm mode, select the headset position on the microphone selection switch to use the boom mic.

How to clean the headset ear pads?

Remove the ear pads, hand wash with warm water, dry by gently pressing with a soft cloth, then air dry before reattaching. Do not twist.

Can I customize the RGB lighting?

Yes, via Logitech Gaming Software. The two zones (G logo and band) are customizable separately. You can choose solid colors, animations, or disable the lighting.

Does the headset work with a USB cable on Xbox One?

How to listen to two audio sources at the same time?

Mixing audio sources

While in PC mode and connected via USB, the G633 can also use the 3.5mm cable to connect to another audio source (ex. smartphone). Both audio sources can be played simultaneously. Inline controls and inline microphone can be used to answer calls, adjust volume, etc independently for the mobile device.
