Frequently Asked Questions - G535 LOGITECH

How to turn on and off the G535 headset?

Briefly press the power button on the left ear cup to turn the headset on or off. An LED indicates the battery status.

How to mute the microphone?

Fold the microphone boom up (vertical position) to activate mute. An audible click confirms activation. To unmute, lower the microphone.

How to adjust the headset to fit my head?

The suspension headband is adjustable and reversible: pull or push the ear cups up or down to adjust the height. The memory foam ear cups conform to your ears.

How to connect the headset to my PC?

Insert the provided USB receiver into a USB port on your PC. Turn on the headset: the connection is established automatically. No manual pairing is required.

How to charge the headset?

Use the provided USB-C cable to connect the headset to a USB port (computer or power adapter). Full charging takes about 2 hours. The LED turns green when the battery is full.

What is the battery life?

The battery life of the G535 headset is approximately 20 hours of continuous use. This may vary depending on volume and use of the G HUB software.

Can I use the headset with a console (PS4, PS5, Xbox)?

The G535 headset is compatible with consoles that have a USB port (PS4, PS5). Plug the USB receiver into the console. It is not compatible with Xbox as it uses a different wireless technology.

How to clean the headset?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the ear cups and headband. Do not use abrasive products. The ear pads can be removed and washed with lukewarm water.

What to do if the headset does not turn on or does not connect?

Check that the battery is charged. Reset the headset by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Make sure the USB receiver is properly inserted and the port works.

How to update the headset's firmware?

Download and install the Logitech G HUB software from logitechG.com/ghub. Launch the software, connect the headset, and follow the instructions to update the firmware if an update is available.
