How do I connect the G733 Lightspeed to my PC?

Plug the included LIGHTSPEED USB-A receiver into your PC, then turn on the headset (press the power button for 2 seconds). The LED indicator will blink rapidly and then become steady when connected.

How do I charge the headset?

Use the provided Micro-USB cable to connect the headset to a USB port or charger. The LED turns orange while charging and white when full. A full charge takes about 2.5 hours and gives up to 29 hours of use.

Can I use the headset while charging?

Yes, the G733 Lightspeed supports pass-through charging, so you can continue to use it wirelessly while plugged in.

How do I adjust the microphone volume or mute?

Flip the microphone boom up to mute it (the mic arm has a flip-to-mute feature). Adjust microphone volume via the on-ear volume wheel. You can also configure settings in Logitech G HUB.

How do I customize the RGB lighting?

Download and install Logitech G HUB software. Go to the Lightsync tab to choose from presets, create custom animations, or sync with other Logitech devices.

What do the LED indicator colors mean?

Solid white = connected, blinking white = pairing, solid orange = charging, off = disconnected or off. When battery is low, the LED blinks red.

Can I use the G733 with PlayStation or Nintendo Switch?

Yes, the headset works with PlayStation 4/5 and Nintendo Switch (docked mode) via the USB receiver. Note that voice chat on Switch may require additional settings.

How do I replace the ear pads?

Gently pull the old ear pads off the ear cups (they are held by clips). Snap the new ones into place. Replacement ear pads can be purchased from Logitech support or authorized retailers.

The headset is not turning on. What should I do?

First, charge the headset for at least 10 minutes. Then press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, try a different cable or reset by connecting to the USB receiver while charging.

How do I reset the G733 Lightspeed?

Turn off the headset. Press and hold the mute button (on the ear cup) and the power button simultaneously for about 15 seconds until the LED flashes red. Release to reset.

1 When battery life is below 10%, the audio will beep every 15 min.
2 When battery life is below 2%, the lights will flash red and the audio will beep every 15 min.

5 When unmuting the mic, the lights will flash green and the audio will beep three times.
6 When using G HUB software, pressing the ON/OFF button once when the headset is ON will let you know the battery life remaining.
