USER MANUAL 90.314 Deluxe Beper

Read this user manual carefully before use the appliance and save it for future reference.

  • Always unplug the appliance before you reach into the blender jar with your fingers or an object (e.g. a spatula).
  • Never use your fingers or an object (e.g. a spatula) to push ingredients down the feed tube while the appliance is running.
  • Be very careful when you handle the blades or inserts. Be especially careful when you remove them from the bowl or jar, when you emptythe bowl or jar and when you clean them. Their cutting edges are very sharp.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
    Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • The appliance is for household use only. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
  • Do not allow children to use the appliance without supervision.
  • Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
  • Never let the appliance run unattended.
  • Never connect this appliance to a timer switch in order to avoid a hazardous situation.

  • The accessories are use with the machine only. And the whole machine is use for food only.
  • Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time.
  • Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

Usage

The adjustment

When you settle down the parts you need, turn on the stepless speed regulating. If you want the food processor move slowly, turn the adjustment for a little.

If you need the food processor move fast, turn the adjustment for more.

There is another adjustment: pulse switch. Keep touching the pulse switch,

the machine will move. Stop touching the pulse switch, the machine will stop moving.

Knife blade / Plastic knife blade Fig. 2-3

The knife blade is the most versatile of all the attachments. The length of the processing time will determine the texture achieved. For coarser textures use the pulse control.

Use the knife blade for cake and pastry making, chopping raw and cooked meat, vegetables, nuts, pate, dips, pureeing soups and to also make crumbs from biscuits and bread.

Do not use the knife blade or dough tool for mixing flour.

To ensure the long life of your machine, not allowed to continuously use more than 30 seconds, should cool down the motor at least 1 minute, for 3 cycles.

Use for light mixtures only eg egg whites, cream, evaporated milk and for whisking eggs and sugar for fatless sponges.

Heavier mixtures such as fat and flour will damage it.

To ensure the long life of your machine, not allowed to continuously use more than 3 minute. Should cool down the motor at least 30 minute before next operation.

Use the mill for milling herbs, nuts and coffee beans.

1 Put your ingredients into the jar. Fill it no more than half full.
2 Fit the sealing ring into the blade base.
3 Turn the blade base upside down. Lower it into the jar, blades down.
4 Screw the blade base onto the jar until it is finger tight.
5 Place the mill onto the power base and turn to lock .
6 Switch on to maximum speed or use the pulse control.
7 After milling, you can replace the blade unit with the sprinkler lid and shake out your food.

Slicer / Julienne / Potato chipper / Shred discs Fig. 6

Use the Slicer for cheese, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, cucumber, courgette, beetroot and onions. Use the Julienne / Potato chipper disc for potatoes for Julienne style French fries; firm ingredients for salads, garnishes, casseroles and stir fries

Use the shredding side for cheese, carrots, potatoes and foods of a similar texture.

To ensure the long life of your machine, not allowed to continuously use more than 3 minute. Should cool down the motor at least 30 minute before next operation.

Before processed, please cut the meat into 3 × 3 cm Size. Never put more than 1000g such meat into the container. After 1 minute, the meat will be processed finely.

1 Fit the sealing ring into the blade base and ensuring the seal is located correctly. Leaking will occur if the seal is damaged or not fitted correctly.
2 Screw the jug onto the blade base.
3 Put your ingredients into the jug.
4 Put the filler cap in the lid, then turn.
5 Turn the lid in a clockwise direction to lock onto the jug
6 Place the liquidiser onto the processor base and turn to lock
7 Select a speed or use the pulse control.
8. Don't move the jug, lid and filler cap when the machine is working.
9. Max. 600g carrots/0,9 L water is to be filled.

1 Fit the drive shaft and bowl onto the processor base.
2 Fit the mini processor bowl . Ensuring the ribs on the inside of the mini bowl chimney align with the slots in the main bowl chimney .
3 Place the small knife blade over the drive shaft .
4 Add the ingredients to be processed.
5 Fit the lid and switch on.

Clean

Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.

Handle the blades and cutting discs with care - they are extremely sharp.

Some foods may discolour the plastic. This is perfectly normal and won't harm the plastic or affect the flavour of your food. Rub with a cloth dipped in vegetable oil to remove the discolouration and clean the surfaces which in contact with food.

Clean the base: wipe the base with a dry rag.

Clean the the parts of the food process ( except the base): put half basin of water into the basin, put the parts you want to clean into the water, and then wipe the parts by a rag. After then, wipe the parts with a dry rag.

The European directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.

The crossed out "wheeled bin" symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation,

that when you dispose of the appliance, it must be separately collected.

This appliance has been checked in the factory. From the date of original purchase a 24 month guarantee applies to material and production defects. The purchase receipt and the guarantee certificate must be submitted together in case of claim to guarantee.

For any technical assistance, please contact directly the seller or our head office in order to preserve the appliance's efficiency and NOT TO void the guarantee. Any intervention on this appliance by non-authorized persons will automatically void the guarantee.

Guarantee conditions

If the appliance shows defects as a result of faulty material and/or production during the period of guarantee, we guarantee repair free of charge on condition that:

  • The appliance has been used properly and for the purpose for which it has been intended.
  • Repairs are professionally carried out by qualified persons who are appointed by the supplier.
  • The purchase receipt shall be presented.
  • The appliance showing a fair wear and tear shall not be covered by this guarantee.

Therefore, any part that could be accidentally broken or having visible signs of use in consumable products (such as lamps, batteries, heating elements...) is excluded from the guarantee, and any defect whatsoever resulting from non-respect of the rules for use, negligence in usage and/or maintenance of the appliance, damage during transport and any other damage not attributable the supplier.
