How to install the whisks or dough hooks on the Team M 22 N?

Make sure the speed selector is set to 0 and the appliance is unplugged. Insert the accessories into the openings under the appliance, turning slightly until they click. Check the locking by pulling on them. For the dough hooks, respect the indicated direction: the hook with a washer goes into the larger hole.

How to use the stick blender?

Make sure the appliance is off and unplugged. Remove other accessories. Open the protective cover at the back, insert the blender shaft and screw it clockwise. Use only in vertical position with the blades down. To remove, unscrew and close the cover.

What is the Turbo function for?

The Turbo function allows you to instantly increase the speed regardless of the selector position (1 to 5). Press and hold the Turbo button; release to stop.

Which speed to use for each preparation?

Speed 1: heavy items (butter, potatoes, flour). Speed 2: liquids, sauces. Speed 3: pie dough, cakes. Speed 4: desserts (creams). Speed 5: egg whites, whipped cream, Chantilly. Use Turbo for a boost.

How to clean the Team M 22 N?

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Remove the accessories and wash them in soapy water, rinse and dry. Do not use abrasive pads. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth; never immerse it.

Can I use the appliance continuously for a long time?

No, the appliance is intended for household use with breaks. Check the rating plate for the maximum continuous use time (e.g., 5 min). After each cycle, let the appliance cool down for at least 10 minutes.

How to remove the attachments from the mixer?

Press the eject button located on the top of the appliance. The attachments will detach. Be careful with the stick blender blades, as they are very sharp.

Attention, the blades of the stick attachment are very sharp, pay attention not to get cut when manipulating them (e.g. when cleaning or changing the accessories).

Make sure the accessory is solidly and correctly tightened at the motor block before starting the appliance.

Make sure your hands and/or any kind of utensil stay clear of the receptacle when the appliance is in use in order to avoid serious injuries. Never touch the accessories when the appliance is in use. Furthermore, never try to stop the movement of the blade in any way whatsoever. Use the function OFF of the switch or unplug the appliance.

• When mixing warm liquid, be particularly careful as a projection of warm liquid could cause serious burns.

The appliance is designed for the preparation of small quantities of food that have to be consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at once.

Attention: never assemble several accessories simultaneously.

Competent qualified electrician: after-sales department of the producer or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In case of need you should return the appliance to this electrician.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This appliance is not intended for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the allowed maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.

USE OF THE BEATERS AND DOUGH HOOKS

With these accessories you can beat, knead and mix. It is recommended to make circular movements or movements in the form of an 8.

• Make sure the speed switch is in "0" position and the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
• Insert the accessories in the openings at the bottom of the appliance and if necessary turn them lightly until you hear a light click.
  Check if they are locked properly by pulling them gently.
  The beaters can be mounted equally in both openings, but for the dough hooks you have to respect the sense indicated on page 4 (the hook fitted with a disk has to be placed in the larger of the two openings of the appliance).

USE OF THE STICK ATTACHMENT

With this accessory you can mix food, for example vegetables, to prepare soups but you can also mix liquids. It only has to be used in a vertical position with blades facing downwards.

Make sure the speed switch is in "0" position and the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
- Do not forget to remove the other accessories from the appliance.
- Slide the protection valve on the backside of the appliance upwards. Then you will see the opening for the stick attachment.
- Insert the stick attachment in the opening and screw the stick clockwise. Use gentle hand pressure only to ensure that the shaft is fully tightened onto the motor unit.
- To disassemble the stick attachment, switch off the appliance, unscrew the stick attachment anticlockwise and close the protection valve.
- Caution: the blades of the stick attachment are very sharp, pay attention not to get cut when cleaning them.

Your appliance is fitted with a turbo function which allows to increase the speed of your appliance, whatever the speed (1 to 5). You only have to press the turbo switch and maintain it. The turbo switches off when you release the button.

CLEANING

Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning it.
- Remove the accessories before washing them in soapy water. Do not use scouring pads for the plastic materials. Rinse with clear water and let dry before each new use. Do not place them in the dishwasher.
- Wipe the outside only with a slightly moistened cloth, ensuring that no moisture enters the cooling slots.
Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish.
Do not immerse the motor block in water or any other liquid.
