How to assemble the mini-chopper?
Place the rubber ring on a stable surface, insert the bowl into the ring, then the blade into the bottom of the bowl. Add ingredients, position the lid aligning the tabs, then place the unplugged motor unit on the bowl. An incorrect assembly prevents starting.
How to use the Turbo function?
Press down on the motor unit while holding the bowl with the other hand, then press the TURBO button. The mini-mixer will run at full speed as long as the button is pressed.
What is the maximum continuous use duration?
The maximum continuous use duration is 30 seconds. After each cycle, take a few seconds pause. If you perform 3 cycles of 30 seconds, a pause of at least 10 minutes is mandatory to cool the motor.
What to do if the appliance does not start?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the allowed maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.

MOUNTING AND USE OF THE MINI-CHOPPER (See page 4)

Caution: for your own safety and a good functioning it is absolutely necessary to respect the mounting described hereunder.

  • Place the rubber ring on a flat surface, then insert the jug in the ring (1).
  • Place the blade of the mixer fitting in the jug (2). Place if necessary the milkshake accessory on the blade stick.
  • Place ingredients in the jug.
  • Place the lid on the jug respecting the positioning of its openings-out (3). If necessary, turn the lid until it is correctly placed on the jug.
  • Place the unplugged motor block on the jug (4). If the motor block is not mounted correctly, it will be impossible to start the appliance.
  • Plug in the appliance.
    • To start press the motor block with your hand holding the jug with the other hand.
  • To remove food, unplug and proceed the other way round, but pay attention not to get injured, as the blade is very sharp.

Turbo feature

You can use the turbo feature if you want to mix or chop foodstuffs at full force. When you are pressing the motor block while holding the jug with the other hand, press the TURBO button and the mini chopper will work at full speed for as long as you keep the button pressed.

Milkshake accessory

You can use your mini chopper with or without the milkshake accessory. It is recommended to use the accessory when you want to mix fluids or other foodstuffs, for instance for making milkshakes, soups... If you want to chop foodstuffs in little pieces, the milkshake accessory should not be used.

USE TIPS

  • Your appliance is not intended to work for long periods. Use the appliance for maximum 30 seconds, then pause for a few seconds. If your preparation requires more than 3 times 30 seconds with short breaks in between, it is absolutely necessary to take a longer break. The break should last at least 10 minutes to allow the motor to cool down.
    • We advise you to chop the food by fits and starts and if necessary to mix them with a spatula between two chopping processes following the safety instructions.
  • If you chop pieces of meat, cheese, we advise you to cut them into small pieces of 1 to 1.5 cm in order to obtain a homogeneous and fine chopping. Otherwise, you should obtain pieces in your preparation.

RECIPES

Kneading dough

You can knead up to 170 grams of normal dough with 102 grams of water in 1 minute at turbo speed. Do not use the milkshake attachment. Stop as soon as the dough has formed a paste. The operation can be carried out three times with rest periods of 30 minutes.

Banana milkshake

Ingredients: 200ml of milk

100g banana

4 small ice cubes

Preparation: It is recommended to crush the ice cubes first by using the pulse method, i.e. by switching from normal speed to turbo speed and back constantly, for about 20 seconds. Then add milk and the other ingredients and mix them at turbo speed during 40 to 60 seconds.

Iced coffee

Ingredients: 3 teaspoons of instant coffee

5 teaspoons of granulated sugar

4 small ice cubes

150ml of milk

Preparation: Mix the ingredients at turbo speed during 30 to 50 seconds.

Note: If foodstuffs such as boiled eggs get stuck in the jug, unplug the appliance and remove the pieces manually before resuming action.

CLEANING

  • Unplug from outlet before cleaning.
  • You can wipe the motor block with a lightly damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or any other liquid. If this happens, do not plug it in, let it dry for at least 24 hours before using it again. If this is not enough, bring your appliance back to a competent qualified electrician.
  • To clean the blade, the jug and the lid, use soapy water, rinse with clear water and dry. Pay attention not to hurt you as the blade is very sharp.
  • To make the cleaning easier, you can disassemble the parts that are in contact with the food and the rubber ring around the container as well (if necessary you can soak it).
