How to charge the powerbank?

Plug the supplied micro-USB cable into the powerbank input and a power adapter (5V/1.5A max). The red LED turns on during charging and turns off when complete.

How to charge a device with the powerbank?

Connect your device to one of the powerbank's USB ports (USB 1: 1A, USB 2: 2.1A). Press the button to start charging. The LEDs indicate the remaining battery level.

What do the LEDs on the powerbank mean?

The 4 LEDs indicate the remaining charge level: 1 LED = 25%, 2 LEDs = 50%, 3 LEDs = 75%, 4 LEDs = 100%. The red LED next to the micro-USB port indicates the powerbank is charging.

What to do if the powerbank does not charge my device?

Check that the cable is properly connected and the device is compatible. Make sure to press the button to activate the output. Test with another cable or device.

Can I use the powerbank while it is charging?

Yes, you can charge a device on the USB ports while recharging the powerbank via the micro-USB input. Priority is given to charging the internal battery.

How long does it take to fully charge the powerbank?

We warranty the product against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase. During that period, defective products may be offered for repair or replacement at the store where the product was bought. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, incidental loss, or use beyond the instructions in the user manual.
