The Power LED on indicates the powerbank is powered on. The other LEDs indicate the remaining charge level: all on = charged at 100%, none on = empty. While charging a device, the charging LED (Power) stays on.

Yes, it is possible to recharge the powerbank while charging a connected device.

What to do if the powerbank becomes hot?

The powerbank automatically turns off in case of overheating to protect your devices. Avoid exposing it to sunlight or near heat sources. Use it between 5 °C and 45 °C.

How to claim the warranty?

The 2-year warranty is valid upon presentation of proof of purchase (original invoice with date and product code). Contact the store where you purchased the product to claim the warranty.

Can I open the powerbank to repair it?

No, do not open it. It contains no repairable parts and opening it voids the warranty.

How to know if the powerbank battery is low?

POWER UP? HERE'S HOW:

1. Charge the Powerbank with the Micro USB cable

During loading the 'power' LED is continuously on. As soon as you press the power button, the rest of the LEDs light up to indicate the charging status of the battery.

2. Connect your device

Use the cable to connect your device to the Powerbank.

3. Push the button on the Powerbank

The charging LED is on while charging. The battery indicator LEDs light up for 1 second.

The charging LED will turn off when your device is full. When disconnecting, the battery indicator LEDs will light up for 1 second to show how much power is left in the powerbank.

Done. Your device is now ready to rock again.

To protect your device, the Powerbank will turn off when it gets too hot. We recommend to keep it out of the sun, away from heaters and other hot environments.

Warranty & Limitations

We warranty the product against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase. During that period, defective products may be offered for repair or replacement at the store where the product was bought. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, incidental loss, or use beyond the instructions in the user manual.
