How to charge the powerbank?

Connect the provided micro USB cable to the input port of the powerbank and to a wall adapter (5V/1.5A max.). The red LED lights up to indicate charging. It turns off when the battery is fully charged.

How to check the remaining battery level?

Briefly press the button on the side. The 4 LED indicators show the level: 1 LED = 25%, 2 = 50%, 3 = 75%, 4 = 100%.

Can I charge two devices at the same time?

Yes, you can connect one device to each USB port (1A and 2.1A). The total power is limited to 15W, which may slow down charging if both devices are demanding.

Is it safe to leave the powerbank charging overnight?

Yes, the powerbank has built-in protections against overcharge, overvoltage, and overheating. However, it is recommended to unplug it once full to preserve the battery.

What devices can I charge with this powerbank?

All devices that charge via USB: smartphones, tablets, Bluetooth earphones, speakers, etc. Use the 1A port for small devices and the 2.1A port for faster charging of smartphones.

Is the powerbank waterproof or water-resistant?

No, it is not waterproof. Avoid any contact with moisture and do not use it in a humid environment. Store it in a dry place.

What to do if the powerbank does not charge my phone?

Check that the USB cable is properly connected and working. Press the button to activate the output. Make sure the powerbank still has charge (press the button to see the LEDs). If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How long does it take to fully charge the powerbank?

With a 5V/1.5A charger, the charging time is about 3 to 4 hours (based on a capacity of 5200 mAh). A less powerful charger will extend this time.

Can I use a quick charger (Quick Charge) to recharge it?

The input only accepts 5V/1.5A max. A quick charger may work but will limit itself to this power. Preferably use a standard 5V charger.

What to do in case of powerbank overheating?

Immediately disconnect all devices and let it cool down in a well-ventilated area. Do not cover it. If overheating persists, stop using it and contact technical support.

We warranty the product against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase. During that period, defective products may be offered for repair or replacement at the store where the product was bought. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, incidental loss, or use beyond the instructions in the user manual.
