GB Instructions for use
Before using the appliance, please read the
following instructions carefully and keep this
manual for future reference. The appliance
must only be used by persons familiar with

Before using for the fi rst time
Before the appliance is used for the fi rst
time, or after extended periods of non-use, it
should be thoroughly cleaned as described10
in the section Cleaning and care.
We recommend the use of milk with a high
protein content. Half-fi ll a suitable, long
container (eg glass or cup) with milk.
∙ Insert the whisk head, ensuring that it is
fully immersed, and press the operating
button. Keep it pressed until the milk is
