Instructions for use

Before using the appliance, please read the

following instructions carefully and keep this

manual for future reference.  e appliance

must only be used by persons familiar with

Important safety instructions

 Before the appliance is used, the main

unit as well as any attachments  tted

should be checked thoroughly for defects.

been dropped onto a hard surface, it must

not be used any longer: even invisible

100g butter, 125g  our, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp

vanilla powder (unsweetened), salt, 250ml

milk, 4 egg yolks, 4 egg whites.

Melt the butter. Put the  our into a bowl

and mix it together with the sugar, vanilla

powder and a pinch of salt. Stir in the milk

and butter – allow it to cool down  rst – and

continue until the dough is smooth. Add the

egg yolks and mix thoroughly. Whip the egg

white until it is  rm and then fold it gently
