How to solve a TWS synchronization problem on the BOOST JUPITER 600?
Frequently Asked Questions - 22/05/2026
Response Notice-Facile

If your two BOOST-JUPITER6000 speakers are not synchronizing in TWS (Wireless Stereo) mode, start by checking the essential conditions: make sure both speakers are turned on, properly charged (Li-ion battery 7.4V 3.6Ah), and placed within 10 meters of each other. A low battery prevents the device from maintaining a stable Bluetooth connection.

Next, proceed to TWS pairing. On one of the two speakers (the one you want to use as the main speaker), press and hold the play/pause button until the display shows "SLAU" flashing. This is the signal that the speaker is in TWS pairing mode. The screen will stop flashing once the second speaker has successfully connected. Do not interrupt this step too early.

Once TWS mode is activated on the main speaker, turn on your Bluetooth device (phone, tablet, etc.) and search for available Bluetooth devices. Select "JUPITER6000" from the list of found devices and connect. The two speakers will then play in synchronized stereo.

If synchronization does not work on the first try, completely turn off both speakers, wait at least 5 seconds, then turn them back on and try again. If you had a previous failed attempt, first forget the pairing "JUPITER6000" in your phone's Bluetooth settings before trying again. In case of persistent failure, reset both speakers by simultaneously holding the Power and Volume buttons for about 10 seconds until you see a change on the display, then repeat the entire TWS pairing procedure.

How to resolve a stuck volume issue on the BOOST JUPITER 600 powered speaker?
Frequently Asked Questions - 18/04/2026
Response Notice-Facile

If the volume of your BOOST JUPITER 600 powered speaker is stuck or cannot be increased, several causes may be behind this issue. Here are the steps to resolve it.

Check the physical volume knob. Make sure that the volume knob on the top panel of the speaker is not stuck or damaged. Turn it slowly in both directions to check if it responds correctly. If the knob does not turn freely, this may indicate an obstruction or malfunction of the internal volume potentiometer.

Use the included remote control. The JUPITER 600 offers volume control from the 20-button remote control. The main volume button (button 19) allows you to adjust the sound level from a distance. Ensure that the 2 AAA batteries are correctly installed in the compartment at the back of the remote control. If the volume does not respond to the remote control, replace the batteries and check that the remote control works by pressing other buttons (play, mode, etc.).

Check advanced audio controls. The speaker has EQ, Bass, and Treble controls that can affect the perception of volume. Access the MENU button and follow these steps: press once to display Treble, then turn the volume knob to adjust the high frequencies. Press twice to display Bass and adjust the low frequencies. Ensure that these settings are not at minimum. Also, test the "Mega Bass" mode from the remote control (button 14) which can increase the bass but also affect the overall perceived volume.

Test with different audio sources. Change the audio source (Bluetooth, USB, Micro-SD card, or Line-in input) to check if the problem persists. Also, ensure that the volume on your source device (phone, computer, USB player) is not set to minimum. If one specific source works and another does not, the problem may come from the connected device rather than the speaker.

Check connections and cables. Ensure that all audio cables are properly connected and in good condition. A faulty cable can limit the transmission of the audio signal and affect the ability to change the volume from the source. Make sure that the Line-in input (3.5 mm jack), USB, or any other connector used does not have contact issues.

Reset the speaker. If the speaker is in standby mode, switch it to active mode by pressing the power button or using the remote control. Note that the built-in battery (Li-ion 7.4V 3.6Ah) does not charge in standby mode. Wait 10 minutes after powering on, then test the volume again. If the problem persists, completely unplug the speaker from the power for one minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

If none of these solutions work, it is possible that the volume potentiometer or an internal component is defective. In this case, a technical diagnosis and repair by a professional are recommended.

How to connect a Samsung Galaxy S23 to the BOOST Jupiter 600 amplified speaker?
Frequently Asked Questions - 06/02/2026
Response Notice-Facile

To connect your Samsung Galaxy S23 to the BOOST JUPITER 600 amplified speaker, you have two main options: Wireless Bluetooth connection (recommended for mobility) or 3.5 mm auxiliary cable connection (for a stable wired connection).

Bluetooth Connection (Wireless)

  • Turn on the JUPITER 600 speaker and press the MODE button on the device or remote until BT appears on the screen. The speaker will then enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
  • Place your Samsung Galaxy S23 within 10 meters of the speaker for optimal connection.
  • On your phone, open Settings, select Connections or Bluetooth and enable Bluetooth.
  • Start searching for available Bluetooth devices. You will see JUPITER6000 appear in the list.
  • Select JUPITER6000 to establish the connection. Pairing will happen automatically.
  • Once connected, play your music on the phone. The sound will come from the JUPITER 600 speaker. You can control playback with the buttons on the speaker or with the provided remote control.

Auxiliary Cable Connection (AUX 3.5 mm)

  • Obtain a 3.5 mm stereo jack cable (standard AUX cable).
  • Press the MODE button on the speaker or remote until LINE appears. You are now in auxiliary input mode.
  • Plug one end of the cable into the headphone jack (3.5 mm) of your Samsung Galaxy S23.
  • Connect the other end of the cable into the Line-in 3.5 mm input of the JUPITER 600 speaker (located on the top of the device).
  • Turn on or ensure the speaker is in LINE mode (the screen should display “LINE”).
  • Play your music on the phone. The sound will be immediately output by the speaker.

Practical Tips: The Bluetooth connection is ideal as the JUPITER 600 speaker has a Li-ion battery offering up to 12 hours of battery life in wireless use. You can move freely within a radius of 10 meters. If you encounter connection issues, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled and that the speaker is not in standby mode. The speaker automatically goes into standby after 10 minutes of inactivity.

How to pair two BOOST JUPITER 600 powered speakers for simultaneous use?
Frequently Asked Questions - 07/01/2026
Response Notice-Facile

The BOOST JUPITER 600 features a TWS (True Wireless Stereo) function that allows you to pair two speakers for stereo playback. Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Activate TWS mode
Turn on both BOOST JUPITER 600 speakers. On one of them, press and hold the play/pause button (located on the top) for several seconds. The screen will display “SLAU” and the indicator will blink continuously. This blinking indicates that the speaker is waiting to sync with the second speaker.

Step 2: Synchronize the speakers
Wait for both speakers to automatically detect each other. This synchronization occurs via Bluetooth and must be done with both speakers nearby (less than 10 meters apart). Once the connection is established between the two speakers, the blinking stops and the display on the first speaker stabilizes.

Step 3: Pairing with your audio source
Turn on your source device (smartphone, tablet, computer). Activate Bluetooth search on it and select “JUPITER6000” from the list of available devices. Once paired, your device is connected to the system of both speakers.

Step 4: Test playback
Start playing music on your source device. The sound should come out simultaneously from both BOOST JUPITER 600 speakers, creating a stereo output. Both speakers will play the same audio content in perfect synchronization.

Important: Ensure that both speakers remain close to each other during pairing in TWS mode (less than 10 meters). Once the pairing is established and the source device is connected via Bluetooth, you can move them a bit further apart, but good proximity ensures better connection stability.

What should I do if my BOOST JUPITER 600 powered speaker produces no sound?
Frequently Asked Questions - 01/01/2026
Response Notice-Facile

If your BOOST JUPITER 600 powered speaker produces no sound, first follow these essential checks.

First, check the automatic standby mode: The speaker automatically enters standby mode after 10 minutes of no sound or action. To reactivate it, use the remote control or press the power button, then wait 1 minute before turning it back on. This is often the cause of an apparent lack of sound.

Check the power and battery: Plug the speaker into a power outlet. If the LED indicator lights up red, the battery is charging; if green, it is charged. Important: the battery does NOT charge if the speaker is in standby mode via the remote control. Completely turn off the device with the power button and plug it back in to recharge.

Select the correct input mode: The JUPITER 600 speaker has several modes (Bluetooth, Line-in, USB, Micro-SD). Press the MODE button until you select the mode corresponding to your audio source. Ensure that your device (phone, computer, etc.) is properly connected to the chosen mode.

Gradually increase the volume: Press the main volume button on the remote control (button 19) or the top panel to gradually increase the sound. Make sure that the volume on your source device (smartphone, etc.) is also sufficiently high and that the sound is not muted.

Test another mode or device: Try a different audio source (another song, another phone) in a different mode (Bluetooth, Line-in 3.5mm, USB, or Micro-SD) to isolate the problem. If sound works in one mode but not another, the issue lies with the source or connection.

Complete restart: Completely turn off the speaker with the power button, wait 1 minute, then turn it back on. A restart often resolves temporary malfunctions.

If after these steps the sound does not return in any mode, it may be a hardware defect requiring technical intervention or a warranty return.

Respond (be the first)
How to activate mute mode on the BOOST JUPITER 600 powered speaker without a remote control?
Frequently Asked Questions - 01/01/2026
Response Notice-Facile

The BOOST JUPITER 600 powered speaker does not have a dedicated "mute" button on its control panel. The mute function is exclusively accessible via the remote control provided with the speaker. Without it, here are some practical alternatives:

  • Reduce the volume to minimum: Use the main volume button located on the top panel of the speaker to turn the volume down to the minimum. This is the most direct solution to achieve an effect equivalent to mute mode without the remote control.
  • Turn off the speaker completely: Press the Power button to completely cut off the sound and the device. This is the only true sound cut-off without the remote control.
  • Use the volume control of the source device: If you are using Bluetooth, USB, or Micro-SD mode, you can also mute directly from the phone, player, or USB card connected to the speaker.

For complete daily use of the speaker's functions, especially to benefit from the true mute function as well as other practical controls (bass, treble adjustment, lighting mode), we recommend using the provided remote control. If you have lost it, you can replace it through your retailer.
