How to prepare a drink with the BOSCH TAS1107---B machine?

Fill the water tank with fresh cold water up to the max mark. Insert a T DISC with the print facing down. Close the brewing system until it clicks. Place a cup and press the on/off button. The preparation stops automatically.

What to do if the machine does not turn on and the LEDs are off?

Check that the appliance is plugged into a power outlet. If the LEDs are off in standby, press the on/off button. If all LEDs flash, the voltage may be incorrect: unplug and have the installation inspected.

Why does the status display light up red during preparation?

This means the T DISC barcode is not recognized. Clean the reading window with a soft, damp cloth, flatten the T DISC film or use a new T DISC. If the problem persists, contact TASSIMO support.

How to clean the BOSCH TAS1107---B machine?

Clean the brewing system regularly with a soft cloth. The T DISC holder, piercing crown, grid and container are dishwasher-safe (max 60°C program). Use the cleaning program with the Service T DISC.

When and how to descale the appliance?

Descale as soon as the calc LED lights up. Use specific TASSIMO descaling tablets (ref. TCZ6004). Follow the descaling program illustrated in the manual. Do not use phosphoric acid descaler.

What to do if the brewing system does not close or open?

For difficult closing, check that the piercing crown and T DISC holder are properly engaged. If the system remains locked, unplug the appliance and contact support. Never open during operation.

How to resolve a problem of water not flowing?

Make sure the water tank is pushed in all the way. If air has entered, run a cleaning cycle with the Service T DISC. If the float is stuck, descale the appliance and move the float manually.

Which parts are dishwasher-safe?

Suitable parts are: the T DISC holder, the piercing crown, the drip grid and the drip tray. The water tank and Service T DISC are not dishwasher-safe.

Improper cleaning and descaling or a delay in doing so may damage the appliance.

• Immediately perform the descending process in accordance with the instructions.
• Do not use descaling agent with phosphoric acid.

Water is dripping from the brewing unit.	T DISC is damaged, leaking or not correctly pierced.	▶ Use a new T DISC. ▶ Only use T DISCs once. 1.
