How do I charge the battery of the BCS712XXL vacuum cleaner?

Use only the supplied quick charger or original charging cable. Plug the vacuum cleaner into the base station or directly into the charger. Refer to figures 6 to 10 in the manual for details.

What should I do if the vacuum cleaner does not turn on?

Check that the battery is correctly inserted and charged. If the red error display lights up, wait for the appliance to cool down or warm up to room temperature.

How do I clean the filter of the vacuum cleaner?

Remove the filtration unit and clean the lint filter and lamella filter without using liquid. It is recommended to do this at least once a month. Refer to figures 34 to 40 in the manual.

Why is the suction power decreasing?

This may be due to a clogged filter, blocked nozzle, or full dust container. Clean the filter, check the air duct, and empty the container. If the problem persists, let the appliance cool down.

Can I use the vacuum cleaner to suck up water or liquids?

No, the BCS712XXL vacuum cleaner is designed only for dry substances. Sucking up liquids can damage the appliance and void the warranty.

How do I empty the dust container?

Press the dust container release button (mark 6) and remove it. Empty the contents into a trash bin. Refer to figures 30 to 33 in the manual.

What types of floors can I clean with the universal brush?

The universal floor brush is suitable for hard floors and carpets. Thanks to its free-standing function, it automatically adjusts to the surface.

Check and clean any wet objects.
Replace damaged objects.
Regularly check the running surfaces of the nozzles for wear.
Replace worn nozzles.
- Never use the nozzle without the brush roller in place.
