USER MANUAL BE7850 SOLAC

SET DE ARREGLO PERSONAL:

• Please read these instructions before switching on the appliance.
• Check that the voltage in your home matches that stated on the specifications plate on the appliance.
• Unplug the appliance when it is not in use. To unplug it, remove the adapter; do not pull on the cable.
• Do not use the appliance near a bathtub, shower or swimming pool. Do not use it while taking a bath or shower.
• Do not try to pick up the appliance if you accidentally drop it in water; unplug it immediately.
• Keep it out of the reach of children and the disabled.
• Do not use on areas with cuts, burns, inflammation, rashes, ulcers, varicose veins or other disorders.
• If you are diabetic or suffer from blood vessel or vein disorders, please consult your doctor before using the appliance.
• Do not use face-cleaning accessories on dry or cracked skin or on irritated skin, such as acne, sunburn, etc.
• If you notice pain or discomfort at any time, stop using the machine and consult your doctor.
• Do not use this appliance for purposes other than those given in these instructions.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains if it is to be unused for a long time
• If the mains cable is damaged, take the appliance to an Authorized Service Centre to have it replaced.
• Do not place or use the appliance on hot surfaces or near naked flames; this could damage the body of the appliance.

IMPORTANT: when you want to dispose of the appliance, DO NOT throw it in the rubbish UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Take it to your nearest CLEAN POINT or waste collection centre. In this way, you will be helping to look after the environment.

CHARGING BEFORE USE:

• Connect the transformer (30) to the mains socket (27) on the base of the appliance (1). Make sure that the power switch (28) is in the '0' off position.
• Place the accessory support (4) in its position on the container base. Make sure that it is correctly in place by checking that the red charge light (31) is on.
• When charging for the first time, leave the appliance on charge for 24 hours. After the initial charge, 7 hours will be enough to charge the appliance. After a full charge, the appliance will work for approximately 3 hours.
• Once charged, always use the support (4) with the various accessories without the cable.
• The rechargeable accessory support (4) only charges when the switch on the charger base (28) is in '0' position, not when the fan (25) or the massager (26) is being used.

APPLICATIONS OF EACH ACCESSORY:

• The accessory base (5) is fitted to the support (4); if you wish to remove it, turn it until the symbol is in line with the symbol and then pull it off.
• To change the manicure, pedicure or face treatment accessories, make sure the switch (29) is in '0' position (off) and then simply pull off the fitted accessory and press the accessory you wish to use in position on the accessory base (5) (Fig. 2). Once they are in position, simply turn the switch (29) to the 'I' position to turn it on.
• To remove the accessory base (5) and change it for the eyelash curler (22) or the face and bikini line hair-trimmer (18), turn the base (5) until the symbol is in line with the symbol on the rechargeable accessory base (4) and pull it off. Then fit the desired accessory (18 or 22) with the symbol in line with the symbol and turn it until it is in line with the · symbol (Fig. 3).
• For safety reasons, the rechargeable accessory base (4) will only work if the accessory base (5), the face and bikini line trimmer (18) or the eyelash curler (22) is fitted correctly.

MANICURE AND PEDICURE:

• Looking after your skin, hands and feet is not only indicated for certain disorders, but also for cosmetic purposes.
• For better results, do not wet your nails before treatment.

• Begin by cutting and shaping your nails, using each of the accessories in the set:

• Coarse-tipped file (6):

• For general nail-filing and polishing.

• Fine-tipped file (7):

• For filing the parts that are not easy to reach and polishing in-growing nails. It is best to work the appliance from in to out of the nail bed.

• Cylindrical file (8):

• For filing harder nails and the hard skin on toes. This accessory is ideal for preparing and fitting false nails.

• Conical sapphire polisher (9):

• For treating calluses on hands and feet.

• For filing hard nails.

• Filing discs (10-11):

• To remove calluses from hands and feet, use the coarse filing disc (10).

• For areas where the skin is softer, use the fine filing disc (11).
• Do not apply much pressure on areas of rough skin.

• Move the appliance forwards/backwards on the skin surface.

• Brush (12):

• Use the brush to clean the nail after filing.

• The brush also removes cuticle remains and gets the nail ready for polishing.

• Polisher disc (13):
  After a manicure/pedicure, it smoothes and shines filed nails.

• Cuticle-remover (14):

• For removing cuticle manually.

• We recommend you finish off by soaking your nails in warm soapy water and then applying moisturising cream to protect your nails.

FACE-CLEANING:

• Face-cleaning is one of the essential requirements for correct skin care. Exfoliation also helps remove dead skin cells to give you better-looking skin.

• For the best results, use the face-cleaning set, avoiding the area around the eyes and lips:

• Face-cleaning sponge (15):

• Use this sponge daily with your usual cleanser to remove dirt and old make-up.

• Exfoliating face-brush (16):

• Use this brush with your usual cleanser or with an exfoliating product.

• It is recommended you deep-cleansse your skin and wet it with warm water before exfoliating.

• Do not exfoliate for too long; it should be a pleasant experience. Maximum recommended time for exfoliation is 2 minutes, although it depends on how sensitive your skin is.

• Face-massager (17):

• Apply the massager in small circles all over the face to soothe tension and for a fresher, younger look.

PERSONAL CARE SET:

• If you need to trim or pluck your eyebrows, or if you want to do your bikini line or trim your sideburns, this set is ideal and very easy to use.
• To trim your sideburns or beard, use the longest blade.
• If you want to pluck or trim your eyebrows or your bikini line, use the shortest blade.
• In any case, you can use the various guide combs (19, 20 and 21) to choose the length and finish you prefer. To fit the guide combs, hold the accessory support by the switch side and fit

the comb by aligning the needles with the smallest blade. Then slide the comb along the grooves on the blade accessory (Fig. 4). Each comb has 2 different trim levels, depending on whether it is fitted with the letter L in line with the trimmer accessory groove (maximum length) or with the letter S (minimum length).

To ensure the desired finish, we recommend you mark the shape you want with an eyebrow pencil and follow the line with the trimmer.
- To clean the blades after use, slide the tab at the bottom of the blades (Fig. 5). This will open the blades for easy cleaning. Once you have cleaned the blades, replace the cover, click the top part back in place and return the tab to its original position.

EYELASH CURLER:

• Slide the switch (29) to ON. The temperature indicator (23) changes colour (to lilac) in approximately one minute to indicate that it is ready for use. Position the curler on the bottom eyelash, combing them upwards, and hold it in this position for a few seconds until you obtain the finish you want (Fig. 6).
• For best results, use it after you have applied mascara.
• N.B. When using the curler, make sure it does not come into contact with your eye as the accessory is hot.

NAIL DRIER AND MICROMASSAGE:

• Lift the cover on the back of the charge container base (1) using the slot at the bottom. Inside the cover there is a mirror (24), a fan for drying your nails (25) and a finger micromassage cushion.
• To turn the fan (25) on, slide the switch (28) to the intermediate position () , put your hand in the hole, placing your nails in the bottom half of the space (Fig. 7).
• If you also want to massage your fingers, turn the switch (28) to the (≈) position and place your hand in the same hole, resting your fingers on the cushion (26).

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING:

• The adapter has been designed exclusively for this product. Do not use any other kind of adapter.
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products or liquids to clean the appliance or the accessories. Use a damp cloth only.
• You can clean the accessories with alcohol.
