Device description

Preparing for Use and Installation of the Pump
Installation
1. Space Requirement:
- Ensure the installation area has a minimum cross-sectional area of 20x20 cm.
2. Immersion Depth:
- Immerse the equipment to the depth specified in the technical parameters.
3. Suction Opening:
○ Make sure the suction opening is free from any obstructions during installation to maintain equipment stability.
Caution!
• Risk of Equipment Damage:
Do not lift the pump using the cable or pressure hose, as these components are not designed to withstand the tensile force of the pump's weight.
Warning!
• Connection Integrity:
- Ensure that all connection lines and joints are sealed effectively. Leaks can cause frequent operation and reduce the equipment's lifespan.
Connect the Pressure Pipe
- Pipe Connection:
- Screw the pressure pipe securely into the pressure joint. All connections should be sealed with a threaded seal belt.
- Hose Adapter:
- If using a pressure hose, screw the appropriate pressure hose adapter into the pressure joint.
- Hose Attachment:
- Firmly attach the pressure hose to the hose adapter and secure it with a hose clip.
- Occasional Use:
- For occasional use, opt for appropriate plumbing. For fixed positions, rigid pipes with check valves are recommended to prevent fluid backflow when the machine is turned off.
Operation
- Rope Connection:
Use a strong rope to attach to the pump handle. Dip the pump into the liquid at an angle to prevent bubbles from forming under the device, which can interfere with suction.
- Placement:
- Lower the equipment slowly into the liquid container and adjust the position as necessary once submerged. Arrange the pump at the bottom of the container.
• Securing the Rope:
- After lowering, secure the rope's end to allow the pump to be handled safely while hanging.
• Power Connection:
Once the pump is in position, connect it to the main power source to initiate operation.
Device use and functionality
Functions
1. Automatic Standby Mode:
When the outlet valve is closed, the pump enters a standby mode, maintaining pressure in the pipeline. The pump remains stopped but is ready to activate automatically once the outlet valve is opened and pressure is released.
2. Dry Operation Protection:
If the pump is unable to pump water due to insufficient water levels, it enters dry operation protection mode, stopping operation. The pump will only restart when the power is reconnected.
3. Leakage Detection and Protection:
☐ In case of a minor leak in the pipeline that causes the pump to start frequently, the pump enters a protection mode and stops. It will only restart after the power is reconnected.
Operation Checklist
Before turning on the pump, ensure the following conditions are met:
- The pipeline includes a metal tube or pressure hose capable of withstanding pressure.
- All pipe joints are reliably sealed.
- The pump is securely fixed in its position.
- The diving depth does not exceed the technical parameter limits.
- All electrical connections comply with safety instructions.
- The outlet valve is open.
Attention for Rope Handling
- Do not operate the pump without a pressure hose to prevent twisting around its axis.
- Regularly check the condition of the rope if continuously used, as it may weaken over time.
- Attach long, strong ropes to the handle before the first use for balancing when immersed.
Usable Range
The pump is suited for:
- Basements and shafts to prevent water accumulation.
- Automated water supply, drainage, and pressurized irrigation.
- Applications in home, agriculture, gardening, plumbing, and similar contexts.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Prohibited Materials: Do not transport corrosive, flammable, or explosive substances, like gasoline or oil. Avoid use with high-temperature liquids, corrosive substances, sewage, or low-mobility mud.
• Temperature Limit: The liquid's temperature must not exceed 35° C. - Cleaning Method: Clean equipment externally with clean water, softer brush and detergent for stubborn grime. Run the pump briefly in clean water to flush the system.
Storage
- If frost is possible, remove and clean all equipment and store it in a frost-free environment.
- Warning: Always unplug before maintenance and open the outlet valve to release pipeline pressure.
Additional Warnings and Precautions
- Ensure the pump is free from dirt residues before reuse to prevent operational issues.
- Frost can damage the pump and accessories; ensure they are dry and stored correctly in positive temperatures.
Troubleshooting
| Error shooting | Reasons | Response measures |
| The device cannot start or stops suddenly | 1. Unconnected power supply or defective power cord/plug2. Pressure state at rest due to blockages3. Impeller damage causing blockage4. Thermal circuit breaker activated5. Failing internal pressure signal switch | 1. Check the power supply and inspect safety devices. Consult a professional for electrical inspection if needed.2. Open the outlet valve to relieve pressure. Remove any blockages from pipes or the pump. Allow the pump to cool completely before recharging it with water.3. Have the impeller inspected and serviced by a qualified maintenance professional.4. Ensure ambient and water temperatures are below 35°C. Once temperatures normalize, restore power to the pump.5. Check the signal source through the appropriate traffic maintenance department. |
| Device frequently starts and stops | Leakage or clogging | Maintain or replace faulty pipes and joints. Cut off the power supply to clean the one-way valve. |
| Too small flow rate or no water flow | 1. Insufficient water supply2. Damaged pressure tube3. Dirty water or particulate sewage4. Inlet blockage | 1. Increase the water supply to ensure it reaches the impeller height.2. Adjust the hose and replace any damaged sections of the pipeline.3. Clean the inlet and replace any damaged components, such as worn impellers.4. Clean the inlet to ensure unimpeded water flow. |
| Pump cannot shut down | Dirt in one-way valve | Have the one-way valve inspected and cleaned by maintenance professionals. |
