Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

• All safety instructions must be closely followed when using the appliance.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
• This appliance contains an irreplaceable battery.
• WARNING: use only the power supply unit provided with the appliance, reference ZDJ045100EU.
• Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the product rating label and that the plug is earthed.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices. Do not use outdoors, near a gas or electric hob, flames or inside ovens.
• The power adapter must only be used in dry places.
• Check that the output current, voltage and polarity of the power adapter match the information on the connected device!
• Turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use and before cleaning it. Pull from the plug, not the cord, to disconnect it from the outlet. Allow it to cool down before assembling or disassembling parts.
• Do not use accessories that have not been recommended by

Cecotec. The use of accessories or utensils not recommended by Cecotec may cause fire, electrical shock or injury.

• Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any other non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
• Check the power cable regularly for visible damage. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the official Cecotec Technical Support Service in order to avoid any type of danger.
• Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cord. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not allow the cable to touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cable hang over the edge of the working surface or worktop.
• Do not use the appliance if its cord, plug, or housing is damaged, nor after it malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any way.
• In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene, etc.) out of their reach.
• RISK of electric shock:
• Do not use the device near water if the power adapter is connected, like bathtubs, sinks or other water containers.
• Keep the device dry.
• Keep the power adapter dry.
• The device is designed to be used with an extra low voltage for safety. Connect it only to power supplies following the specifications on the rating label.
• Do not substitute any part. Do not modify the product. Risk of electric shock!

• The device is specially designed to remove calluses.

• Do not use it on cracked skin or open wounds!

• Do not use it on birthmarks.
• Seek medical advice if you suffer from diabetes, haemophilia or immunodeficiency.
• Check the results frequently during use to avoid injuries, especially in people with diabetes, who are less sensitive to pain in hands and feet.
• An excessive use may cause skin irritation. In this case, stop using the device until the redness disappears.
• Do not apply too much pressure. Guide the device with smooth movements around the application points.
• Always work carefully!
• Pay attention to overheating, e.g. by filing calluses on the feet, especially in people who are not sensitive to heat.
• Calluses can be easily removed with dry skin. Do not completely remove calluses to preserve the natural skin protection.
• Water and skin lotions may impair the progress of the treatment. If necessary, wash your feet briefly and then dry them thoroughly.
• NOTE: To prevent skin breakage, apply a moisturising lotion after using of the device.
• For hygienic reasons, do not share this appliance with other people.
• Do not use the appliance for periods longer than 15 minutes without a pause. After this time, wait an interval of at least 15 minutes to prevent the motor from overheating.
• Do not use the appliance if you are suffering from skin irritation, skin infections or dermatological diseases. Do not use it in areas with warts or varicose veins, spots or moles.
• When switched on, the appliance must never come in contact with the hair on your head or eyelashes to prevent

any injury hazard as well as to prevent blockage or damage to the appliance.

• Do not use the device on:
• Swollen feet, burned skin or skin ulcerations.
• Skin zones with reduced sensibility unless recommended by a doctor.

Battery instructions

• This appliance contains an irreplaceable battery.
• This appliance includes a Li-ion battery. Do not incinerate or expose it to high temperatures, as it may explode.
• WARNING: to recharge the battery, use only the power cord supplied with the appliance.
• Leaks from the battery or cells can occur under extreme conditions. Do not touch any liquid that leaks from the battery. If the liquid comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, wash them immediately with clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes and seek medical attention. Wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of it immediately in accordance with local regulations.
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children when there is a risk of ingestion.
• Battery ingestion can cause burns, soft tissue perforation and death. Severe burns may occur within two hours of ingestion.
• In case of battery ingestion, please seek medical help immediately.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

Do not remove the serial number of the appliance in order to keep a correct traceability of it in case of assistance.

3. OPERATION

Charging the device

Make sure that the device is switched off during charging. Charge the device fully before using it for the first time.

1. Plug the type C connector of the USB charging cable into the device's charging port.
2. Plug the connector of the USB charging cable to the port of a compatible power adapter.
3. Make sure the device is switched off and plug the adapter into a power socket.
4. Check that the device is charging correctly.

Warning: Do not use the device while it is charging.

When the device is charging, the LED indicator lights will alternately turn on and off in the following order: high speed, medium speed and low speed. Once the device is fully charged, all the LED indicator lights will remain steadily on.

Low battery level

When the battery is running low, the LED indicator light for the high-speed setting will flash, indicating that the device needs to be charged.

How to optimise the battery's service life

Once the device is fully charged, unplug the adapter from the power socket. Do not leave the device connected to the mains for more than 24 hours.

Discharge the battery completely at least twice a year by letting the device run until it switches off. Then fully recharge the battery.

The optimum room temperature for charging the device is between 15 °C and 35 °C.

Removable roller head

The device includes three roller heads (two coarse and one fine) to remove calluses and dead skin from the feet. Use the one that best suits your needs.

To replace one roller with another, simply press the release button on the top of the device with one hand and remove the roller head with the other.

Power and speed setting button

Press this button to switch on the device. This will operate at the lowest speed. The device has two higher speed settings. Press this button repeatedly to switch from one speed to another alternately. To switch off the device, press and hold this button.

Steam function

This function releases cold steamed water through the steam outlet of the device to soften hard skin on the heels and facilitate its removal. To activate it, press the steam function button and the indicator light will turn on. To deactivate it, simply press the button again and the indicator light will turn off.

Safety lock function

• To activate the safety lock, first make sure that the device is switched off. Then press and hold the power and speed setting button for 3 seconds. All LED indicator lights will flash three times simultaneously. If you press the power and speed setting button while this function is activated, all LED indicator lights will flash three times simultaneously and the device will not start.
• To deactivate the safety lock, press and hold the power and speed setting button for 3 seconds. All LED indicator lights will turn on and off alternately.

Using the device

Make sure that the device is fully charged before using it.

1. Adding water to the tank

• Remove the water tank by pulling it out.
• Open the silicone cap on the tank and fill it with water using the dispenser bottle.
• Put the water tank back into the device.

2. Operation

• This device is designed for foot care only.
• Place the desired weight roller in the device.
• Press the power and speed setting button to switch on the device. This will operate at the lowest speed. Press the button again if you want to switch to the high-speed setting.
• Gently glide the roller over the skin.
• Do not exert too much pressure on the skin and guide the device carefully over the area to be treated.
• Move the device gently in a circular motion. Do not move it too fast.
• To soften hard skin on the heels and facilitate its removal, activate the steam function.

• Do not grind the skin excessively. The skin's natural barrier is necessary to protect us against external factors.
• Apply moisturiser to the treated areas after each use.
• When you have finished using it, switch off the device and clean it with the brush provided.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning:

Unplug the device from the power adapter before cleaning it.

• Clean the device body with a slightly dampened cloth and dry it thoroughly.
• Clean the heads with the cleaning brush. If necessary, you can clean them under running cold or warm water.
• Always clean the power adapter with a dry cloth.
• Do not use detergents nor abrasive cleaning agents to clean the device and accessories.
• Do not immerse the device nor the power supply in water or other liquids.

Storage

• Clean the device described in this manual and let it dry before storing it.
• We recommend keeping and using the original packaging if you are not going to use the device for long periods.
• Store the device in a dry, well-ventilated and safe place, out of reach of children.

5. TROUBLESHOOTING
