SOMMAIRE

Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

- Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the

wall outlet is grounded.

• This product is designed only for household use. Do not use for industrial or commercial purposes.
• This device is intended for the treatment of feet only.
• For hygienic reasons, do not share this appliance with other people.
• Check results regularly during treatment. This is particularly advisable in the case of diabetics, as they are less sensitive to pain and are liable to become injured more easily. Always use with extreme care. In case of any doubt, ask your doctor.
• In case of prolonged intensive use, the appliance might get very hot. In order to prevent skin burns in these situations, there should be longer breaks between each application.
• Do not use the device if its cord or any other part is damaged. In this case, contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
• Keep all packaging materials away from children. Risk of suffocation.
• This appliance must be checked frequently for signs of wear or damage. If such signs are present, or if the appliance has been used improperly, contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec. Do not try to repair the device by yourself.
• Switch off the device immediately in the event of defects or malfunctions.
• Do not insert metallic objects inside the product.
• Do not use accessories or parts that have not been provided by Cecotec.
• Do not leave the product unsupervised during operation.
• Do not use it on animals.

- CAUTION: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, washbasins or other vessels containing water.

- Do not immerse the cord, plug or any non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid, nor expose electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug.

- Keep the device away from heat sources.

- Do not use the device under blankets or pillows.

- Do not use the appliance for periods longer than 15 minutes without a pause. After this time, wait an interval of at least 15 minutes to prevent the motor from overheating.

- Do not use the device if you are suffering from skin irritation, skin infections or dermatological diseases. Do not use it in areas with warts or varicose veins, spots or moles.

- People with reduced immunological response or that suffer from diabetes mellitus, haemophilia or immunodeficiency must consult their doctor before using the device.

- When switched on, the appliance must never come in contact with the hair on your head, eyelashes, ribbons, etc. to prevent any danger of injury as well as to prevent blockage or damage to the appliance.

- Do not use the device on:

- Swollen feet, burned skin or skin ulcerations.

- Skin zones with reduced sensibility unless recommended by a doctor.

- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, as long as they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. The cleaning and maintenance of the appliance should not be carried out by children without supervision.

2. BEFORE USE

• Take the product out of the box.
• Remove all packaging material. Save the original box.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any visible signs of damage are observed, contact the Cecotec official Technical Support Service immediately.

3. OPERATION

This product is designed to remove the dead skin on heels and the foot's sole. Do not use it on other parts of your body.

1. Add water on the part where the device is going to be used to soften it.

Note

If the part is wounded or there is blood on it, do not use the device.

1. Long press the On/off button for 2 seconds so the device will enter the slow speed mode. The light indicator will turn green. Press the On/off button again to enter the high speed mode. The light indicator will turn red.

2. Place the device on a dry area and rotate the rolling head in all directions for 2-3 seconds. Do not press too hard against the skin or the device will automatically stop.

3. If the skin turns red or painful while using the device on it, stop immediately.

4. Do not stay on the same part for more than 2-3 seconds.
5. Press the On/off button for 2 seconds to turn it off.
6. Wipe the skin with a towel after use to remove the cuticles that remain.
7. Improper use of the device can lead to skin damage.

Replacing the rolling head

1. Turn the device off.
2. Take the head from the sides and pull it with the plastic clip included.
3. Choose the rolling head to be used.
4. Install the rolling head upside down until you hear a click.

Light indications

• When the battery is too low, the indicator light will turn red and start flashing.
• When the device is charging, the indicator light will indicate the current state of the battery (red when it is low and green if it is fully charged). After unplugging the charger, the indicator light will turn off.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
• Use a soft cloth to clean the product's surface.
• Open the dirt tank and empty it with the cleaning brush.
• Do not immerse for a long time the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product.
• Do not try to clean this product using the dishwasher or washing machine.
• Clean the rolling head with a brush right after using the device.
• The rotary head can be washed using water.
