76 TPS FOR CHOOSING COFFÉE As a general rule any type of coffee available on the market can be used. However, coffee is a natural product and its flavour changes according to its origin and blend: itis therefore a good idea to try different types of coffee in order to find the most suited to your personal taste.

For best results, we recommend using blends which are expressiy indicated for espresso coffee machines. Coffee should always be dispensed by the pressurized portafiter without dripping.

The speed of coffee dispensing can be modified by slightly changing the amount of coffee in the filter and/or by using a different coffee grind.

Saeco recommends using single-dose coffee pods marked ESE for a tasty coffee and easier cleaning and preparing.

BEFORE USING THE HOT WATER/STEAM JET, MAKE SURE THAT THE CAPPUCCINATORE IS POSITIONED OVER THE DRIP TRAY.
