Warning: The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do not include all conditions and situations possible. The user must understand that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be integrated into a product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating this appliance. We are not liable for any damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use, voltage fluctuation or the modification or adjustment of any part of the appliance.
To protect against the risk of fire or electric shock, basic precautions must be taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:
- Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided on the appliance label and that the socket is correctly grounded. The outlet must be installed in accordance with applicable electrical codes according to EN.
- Never use the appliance if the power cord is damaged or if the appliance is broken, if you have dropped or otherwise damaged the appliance. All repairs, including cord replacements, must be carried out at a professional service centre! Do not remove the protective covers from the appliance; there is a risk of electric shock!
- Protect the appliance against direct contact with water and other liquids, to prevent potential electric shock.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors and in wet environment and do not touch the power cable or the appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
- Pay closer attention when using the appliance near children.
- The appliance should not be left unattended when in operation.
- When working with cutting blades, especially when removing them from the container, when emptying the container, and during cleaning, be careful, because the blades are very sharp and can cause injury.

Do not use the device for any other purpose than the stated one. Use for processing food only. Do not use it to stir hot foods and liquids! Always add liquid to the blended ingredients.

Do not leave the appliance with the power cable plugged in unattended. Prior to maintenance, installation, assembly and disassembly of parts or cleaning, unplug the power cord from the power outlet. Do not remove the power cord from the outlet by yanking the cord. Unplug the power cord from the outlet by grasping the plug.
- Do not use the appliance close to a source of heat, e. g. oven. Protect it against direct sunlight.
- Never cover the appliance during operation and do not use it close to flammable materials, e. g. curtains, etc.
- Do not insert large pieces of food into the appliance. Never put in materials like paper, metal, cardboard, plastics, etc.
- Before starting the device, set the bowl in its proper position, attach the blade to the motor and then plug the cord into the outlet. This reduces the risk of injury.
- Do not touch the moving parts.
- Hair, fingers or parts of clothing shall be kept far enough from the moving parts of the appliance. Do not place any tools or hands into the bowl while blending, risk of injury or damaging the appliance. Spatula may be used only when the appliance is off.
- Always use the appliance on an even and stable surface.
- Do not allow the power cord to touch hot surfaces or run the cord over sharp edges.
- Use accessories only advised by the manufacturer, otherwise you risk losing the warranty.
- Prior to replacing accessories and accessible parts, or before approaching the moving parts during operation, switch off the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
- Always unplug from outlet immediately after use.
- Use this appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this manual. Incorrect use may result in injury. This appliance is designed for domestic use only. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by the improper use of this appliance.
- This appliance should not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its power supply out of reach of children. The appliance can be used by
the physically and mentally impaired or by individuals with insufficient experience and knowledge, if supervised or trained to use the appliance in a safe manner and understand potential dangers. Children shall not play with the appliance.

USING THE APPLIANCE
Prior to use
Carefully wash all the parts that come into contact with food prior to use (bowl, beaters and dough hooks).
Assembling the appliance
- Make sure that the power cord is unplugged and the speed button is in the "0" position.
- Select the required attachments according to what you want to use the mixer for: the beaters for whipping and mixing or the dough hooks for kneading.
- Insert the dough hooks/beaters.
The hooks or the beaters should be inserted in a specific position. You can insert a hook or a beater with gear only in the smaller socket and the second beater or hook with the pinion can be inserted only in the larger socket.
Notes:
- Make sure that the beaters or hooks are inserted in the correct sockets. Otherwise, the operation of the mixer can be negatively affected.
- You can use only one type of attachments at any one time.
Use as a table mixer
- Place the base on an even and firm surface.
- Insert correctly the beaters or the dough hooks.
- Place the mixer in the mixer holder and make sure that the recesses of the mixer are correctly fitted to the projections of the holder. Correct placement is indicated by a snap.
- When releasing the mixer from the holder, hold with one hand the safety lock of the mixer and pull out the mixer from the holder with the other hand.
- Place the required ingredients in the bowl. The amount of the ingredients must not exceed the MAX line on the wall of the bowl.

Make sure that the speed button is in the "0" position and plug in the power cord in the outlet.

Set the required speed on the speed controller. There are 5 different speeds available. It is recommended when kneading dough to set a lower speed at first, then increase the speed for optimal results. The maximum speed of the blender is achieved by pressing the Turbo button.
Warning: Do not put in the bowl knives, metal spoons, forks, etc. during the operation.
If a foreign object falls in the bowl during the mixer operation, for example spatula, switch the speed selector immediately to "0" position and remove the object!

The maximum operating time should not exceed 4 minutes. Allow the appliance to cool for at least 20 minutes between two cycles.

When the mixing or kneading is finished, switch the speed to "0" position and unplug the power cord.

Press and hold the release button for tilting the stand and raise the holder with the mixer to secure it in the tilted position.

If necessary, wipe the food remains off the beaters or hooks using rubber or wooden spatula.

Grasp the beaters or hooks with one hand, with the other hand press the attachments release button and remove the beaters or the dough hooks from the mixer.
Note: Remove the beaters or the hooks only when the speed selector is set to "0"!
- You can use the mixer also separately, without placing it in the stand: First, press with one hand the release button of the mixer and remove the mixer from the stand with the other hand.

USEFUL TIPS
- Remove chilled foods, such as butter or eggs earlier from earlier from the refrigerator and allow them to warm up to room temperature before processing.
- To prevent spoiling the whole dish by a rotten egg or egg shells, break the egg first in a separate bowl and only then add it to the mixing bowl.
- Do not mix more than necessary. Mix the ingredients or blend them, so that they reach the consistency recommended by the recipe. Mix the dry ingredients carefully so that they are blended together. Always use low speed.
- Climatic conditions: Different temperatures in different seasons, the temperature of the ingredients – all this affects the necessary mixing time and the results.
- Always start mixing at low speed. Gradually increase the speed to the one recommended in the recipe.
- When whipping liquids, especially hot liquids, gradually add small quantities to avoid splashing.
- Add the ingredients to the bowl gradually in order indicated by the recipe.
- For easier cleaning remove the beaters or hooks immediately after whipping or kneading and rinse them with warm water.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance from the power supply and let it cool thoroughly before cleaning!
- Clean the external surface of the mixer using slightly wet cloth, if necessary with a small amount of detergent. Never immerse the mixer and the power cord in water!
- Clean the food remains from the power cord using cloth.
- Remove the bowl from the stand, rinse it with water and then wipe it dry.
- Wash the beaters and dough hooks after each use using normal detergent used for washing dishes, rinse with lukewarm water and wipe dry.
- You can use dishwasher to wash the beaters, hooks and bowl.
- Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaners for cleaning the appliance. Never use scouring pads or scouring cloths, which could damage the surface of the appliance.
- Let all the parts dry thoroughly before reassembling.

- Make sure that the appliance is clean and dry before storing it.
