To enjoy your new ELECTRIC MOWER as long as possible, please read carefully the Operating Instructions and the attached safety instructions before putting the appliance into operation. We also recommend keeping the Operating Instructions for future reference.
Making technical changes to improve the appliance as part of the continuous product development reserved. Illustrations may therefore be different.
This document represents the original Operating Instructions.

Take the appliance out of the transport container and check whether there are the following parts:

- Small parts bag (screws, cable clamps, cable strain relief eye)

General safety instructions

Please read carefully the Operating Instructions. Familiarise with the control elements and appropriate use of the appliance. Keep the Operating Instructions for future reference.
Keep the place of your work clean!
Mess in the place of your work may result in injuries.
Consider the environment
Do not expose the appliance to rain.
Do not use the appliance in a wet or moist environment.
Provide adequate lighting.
Do not use the appliance near flammable liquids or gases
Keep other persons in a safe distance!
Do not let other persons, especially children, touch the appliance and cable. Keep them in a sufficient distance from the place of your work.
Store the appliance properly!
An appliance that is not used should be kept in a dry, locked place inapproachable to children.
Do not overload your appliance!
Work within the specified output range.
Use the right appliance!
Do not use the appliance for purposes for which it has not been designed.
Look after your appliance!
Follow the servicing regulations and appropriate instructions.
Check regularly the appliance cable and have it replaced by an authorised professional if damaged. Check regularly the extension cable and have it replaced if damaged.
Keep the handles clean, with no sign of oil and grease.
Be careful!
Pay attention to what you are doing. Use common sense when working. Do not use the appliance when you are tired.

This appliance corresponds to appropriate safety regulations. Repairs may only be executed by a professional, using original spare parts; otherwise, the user will face a risk of injury.
Never cut when there are persons, especially children, near the appliance.
Cut under adequate visibility only.
Appliance-specific safety instructions

Rotating knife
Works/adjustment on the appliance only to be performed when the engine is off, the appliance unplugged and cutting knife in an idle condition.
Before cutting
Cut with solid shoes and long trousers only; never cut when barefooted or in sandals.
Check the ground where the appliance is to be used for any items that may get caught and be thrown-away by the mower and remove such items (stones, branches, etc.)
Check the appliance cables for any damage or aging (fragility) and have them repaired by an electrician if necessary.
Check regularly the grass catcher for any wear and deformation.
Never use the appliance when the grass catcher or buffer is not fully mounted. Risk of injury.
Every time the appliance is to be used, check (visually) the cutting tools and their means of attachment for any damage.
When cutting
Make sure the extension cable may move freely (pic. B/7) and keep it out of reach of the cutting knives. In any case, the extension cable must not be crossed by the mower. Risk of injury!
Do not incline the appliance when starting the engine and if the appliance is plugged.
Keep a safe distance delimited by the handles.
The engine to be started only when your feet are in a safe distance from the cutting knife.
Make sure your posture is safe. Move the mower comfortably forward.
Cutting on slopes:
- At all times, cut across slopes, not up and down
- Be particularly careful when changing direction
- Do not cut on too steep slopes
Be especially careful when reversing or pulling the mower towards you.
Never touch the rotating cutting knife.
After being switched off, the knife keeps rotating for a few seconds. Never touch the rotating knife.
Never stand in front of the grass ejection hole when opened.
Never open the grass ejection hole when the engine is running.
Never run the mower on gravel when the engine is running. RISK OF HITTING BY STONES!!!
Do not cut in wet grass.
Under the following circumstances, the appliance must be switched off, unplugged and you need to wait until the appliance fully stops.
- When leaving the mower
- When releasing a blocked knife
- When adjusting the cutting height
- When emptying the grass catcher
- When hitting an undesirable item

If the mower is strongly vibrating due to the lack of balance (to be switched off immediately and the cause identified)

When lifting and carrying the mower
- When inclining or carrying the mower (e.g. from/to lawn or across paths.
Servicing

ROTATING CUTTING KNIFE!!!
Every time the appliance is to be serviced and cleaned:
- Unplug the appliance.
- Do not touch the rotating edges.
Check all the visible fastening screws and nuts, especially on the cutting bar, if tightened and tighten them if necessary.
Do not keep the mower in moist rooms.
For safety reasons, any worn or damaged parts must immediately be replaced.
Spare parts of the manufacturer to be used only.

Training
Please read carefully the Operating Instructions and the servicing instructions. Familiarise thoroughly with the controls and proper using of the appliance. You must know how the appliance works and how controls can quickly be switched off.
Never let children work with the appliance. Never let an adult person work with the appliance without proper training.
Do not let any persons, especially small children and pets, to the place of your work.
Be careful to prevent slipping or falling.
Use as designated
The electric mower has been designed to treat grass plots and lawns in private spaces.
The appliance cannot be used for other works than those for which it has been designed and which are specified in the Operating Instructions.
Any other use will be considered a use in conflict with the designation. The manufacturer will not be liable for any consequential damage and injuries. Please be sure to know that the appliance has not been designed for industrial purposes.
Assembly (pic. B)
Mounting the handles (pic. B/3,4)
- Insert the bottom part of the handle or the two bottom parts in appropriate holes on the mower so that the bottom parts of the handle snapped in, i.e. fasten them using two socket-head screws and washers (included in the supply), depending on the model.
- Move the cable strain relief eye above the upper part of the handle.
- Now attach the upper part of the handle to the bottom part of the handle using screws and fly nuts (included in the supply).
- Attach the appliance cable to the upper and bottom part of the handle using cable clamps.
Assembly of wheels/cutting height adjusting (pic. B/5)
- Depending on the required cutting height, fit the small front and big rear wheels in appropriate holes. The same cutting height score needs to be used for every wheel.

Grass catcher assembly (pic. B/2)
- Assemble the grass catcher as shown in picture B/2.
Operation

Operation in general

Lift the buffer and fit the grass catcher in the appropriate bracket on the rear side of the mower.

Lower the buffer.
Switching the mower on/off (pic. B/6)
Start the mower on a flat surface. Do not switch it in high grass – mower to be inclined in high grass if necessary.
Starting the engine
- Use the end of the extension cable to make a loop and hang it on the cable strain relief eye.
- Plug the mower.
- Press the ON button (pic. 1/1).
- Pull the starting lever (pic. 1/11) with the ON button being pressed.
- Release the ON button.
Switching the engine off
- Release the starting lever (pic. 1/11) and unplug the extension cable.
Emptying the grass catcher (pic. B/8)
- Unhook and empty the grass catcher.
- Release the mower cutting mechanism if blocked.
- Refit the grass catcher.

Warranty
The warranty exclusively applies to material or manufacturing defects. Original purchase voucher with the purchase date must be provided for lodging a claim in the warranty period. The warranty does not cover any unauthorised use such as appliance overload, violent use, damage by a foreign person or an undesirable item.
Failure to follow the Operating Instructions or assembly instructions and ordinary wear and tear are also excluded from the warranty.

Behaviour in case of emergency

Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the appliance or its package. The description of the meanings can be found in the "Marking" section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the appliance against damage during transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal costs. Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor) can be dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation! Keep parts of packages away from children and dispose them as soon as possible.
Operator requirements
The operator must carefully read the Operating Instructions before using the appliance.
Qualification
No special qualification is necessary for using the appliance apart from detailed instruction by an expert.
Minimum age
The appliance can only be operated by persons over 18 years of age. An exception includes youngsters operating the appliance within their professional education to achieve necessary skills under trainer's supervision.
Training
Using the appliance only requires appropriate instructions by a professional or reading the Operating Instructions. No special training necessary.

Servicing

Rotating knife
Works/adjustment on the appliance only to be performed when the engine is off, the appliance unplugged and cutting knife in an idle condition.
Servicing works not specified in these Operating Instructions must be performed by authorised staff as there may be dangerous situations the operator is unable to handle. Spare parts may only be replaced by authorised staff.
Cleaning
Every time the mower is used, clean it using a manual brush.
In any case, do not spray water on the mower.
Winterising
Clean the mower thoroughly.
Keep the mower in a dry room.
Changing the knife (pic. B/9)

Loosen the bolt on the knife. The cutting knife may not be removed.
Troubleshooting
The table shows potential failures, their possible cause and removal options. However, if you are unable to remove the problem, contact a professional to assist you.
