If the indicator lights on your TEAM FT 19 fryer are not lighting up and the device is not working, this generally indicates a power supply issue or a trigger of the safety system.

Diagnostic steps and restart:

Check the power connection - Ensure that the fryer is properly plugged into a functional outlet. Test the outlet with another device to confirm that it is supplying power.
Check the power cord condition - Inspect the cord for any signs of wear, cracks, or burns. A damaged cord will prevent operation.
Reset the safety system - If the fryer has automatically shut down due to overheating, the safety system may remain locked:
1. Turn off the device and unplug it from the outlet
2. Wait about 15 minutes for the fryer to cool completely
3. Locate the reset button marked RESTART located at the back of the device
4. Insert a sharp object (pin, match) into the RESTART button hole to reset it
5. Plug the fryer back in and check if the lights turn on
Check the control panel - Ensure that the control panel has not been damaged or wet. It should not be submerged in water during cleaning.
