This product is designed as a piece of sports equipment and not suitable for commercial use. This product is not suitable for therapeutic or medical treatment. It was tested and certified according to standard DIN 32935.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE PRIOR TO USE! PLEASE KEEP THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE IN A SAFE PLACE!
CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! Keep children and pets away from the sports equipment! The sports equipment is only intended for use by adults.
Consult your physician before using the product if you have health problems, allergic reactions or an injury. Stop the exercises immediately if you feel sick or unwell whilst exercising or if any other complaints arise.
- Check the resistance bands for damage or wear before every use. Only use this product in proper condition.
- Hold the hands as a direct extension of the forearms when stretching the bands and do not overextend the wrists!
■ Always keep the bands taut and be careful not to slip!
■ Always return the bands to their starting position slowly and whilst keeping tension.
■ Never attach the bands to objects, e.g. table, door or stair landings.
Never extend the product beyond the maximum length (see table under „Technical data“).
■ Never pull the bands toward the face, and never wrap them around the head, neck or chest.
CAUTION! RISK OF PROPERTY DAMAGE! Only use the product in areas where you can maintain adequate distance from persons/objects to avoid injuries and property damage.
- Keep the product away from sharp, pointy or dangerous objects.
■ Avoid direct sunlight and heating sources.
● Exercise instructions
The following instructions are only a sample of possible exercises. Please refer to the respective literature for information about other exercises.
■ Wear comfortable sports- or leisure clothing.
■ Warm up before beginning the exercises.
■ Perform the exercises at a steady pace, breathing easy. Follow the specified motion sequences and do not overestimate yourself.
Breathe out when contracting the muscles, breath in when releasing them.
■ Repeat each exercise 10–20 times.
- Exercises
Leg & torso exercise (see Fig. 1)
Sight with the back straight and support yourself with both hands behind the body. Flex the left leg.
☐ Extend the right foot through the handle and secure the safety strap to your ankle.
☐ Secure the other end of the band under your left leg and/or the hands.
Now slowly lift the extended right leg to an angle of about 45^ (to the floor).
Switch sides.
Leg, bum and back exercise (see Fig. 2)
☐ Insert your left foot through the handle and secure the safety strap to your ankle.
Secure the other end of the band under your right leg.
Lean forward and support yourself off the floor in the starting position with the body leaning forward, back straight, hands at about shoulder height and shoulder width apart.
Now slowly extend the left leg to the back, slowly raising it to hip level.
Switch sides.
Leg & torso exercise I (see Fig. 3)
☐ Lie on your back, insert your left foot through the handle and secure the safety strap to your ankle.
Hold the other end of the band with your right hand.
Now extend the left leg up and forward.
Keep your back in contact with the floor.
Switch sides.
Leg & torso exercise II (see Fig. 4)
☐ Lie on your back, insert your right foot through the handle and secure the safety strap to your ankle.
Hold the other end of the band with your right hand.
Now extend the right leg up and forward.
Keep your back in contact with the floor.
Switch sides.
Arm, shoulder & back exercise (see Fig. 5)
Sit on the floor with the legs extended.
Hold the band in both hands, palms facing, and place it around the bottom of the feet at about the middle of the band.
Breathe out slowly and steadily, bend your arms to about shoulder level, whilst pulling them back in a controlled manner
If necessary, lean your body forward, back straight, and slightly back after tightening the arms.
Leg exercise (see Fig. 6)
Keeping your torso straight, stand upright in a walking position, one foot shifted forward.
☐ Insert your left foot through the handle and secure the safety strap to your ankle.
☐ Insert the right foot through the other handle and stand on it.
☐ Move the extended left leg back.
Switch sides.
Biceps & shoulder exercise (see Fig. 7)
Keeping your torso straight, stand upright in a walking position, one foot shifted forward.
☐ Extend the right foot through the handle and secure the safety strap to your ankle.
☐ Hold the other handle in front of the body with your right hand, palm facing up.
□ Stabilise the right elbow at your side.
Now slowly bend the right arm and pull the hand up toward the right shoulder.
□ Switch sides.
Arm, shoulder & back exercise (see Fig. 8)
Keeping your torso straight, stand upright in a walking position, one foot shifted forward.
☐ Insert the right or left foot through the handle and secure the safety strap to your ankle.
Hold the other handle in front of your body with both hands, palms facing down.
Now slowly raise the arms, elbow slightly bent.
Arm, shoulder & back exercise (see Fig. 9)
Stand upright as pictured (or in a walking position as described above), torso straight, feet about shoulder width apart.
Now hold the band with both hands in front of the body at about shoulder level (one side each). Palms facing inward.
Breathe slowly and steadily, and extend your arms together toward the outside and back, at about shoulder level.
☐ The elbows should still be slightly bent in the final position.
Arm, shoulder, chest & back exercise (see Fig. 10)
Stand upright, torso straight, feet about shoulder width apart (or in a walking position as described above).
Hold the band in both hands behind the upper body, at about shoulder level (one side each). Palms facing back.
Breathe slowly and steadily, and extend your arms together toward the outside, front and back, at about shoulder level. The elbows should still be slightly bent in the final position.
- Cleaning and storage
■ Never use abrasive or caustic cleaners. Doing so would damage the product.
☐ Only clean the product with lukewarm water, then dry well with a cloth.
□ Always store the dry and clean product in a temperate room.
Carefully rubbing on talcum powder will prevent the product from sticking together.
- Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Please contact your local municipality for information on how to dispose of the worn out product.
