Frequently Asked Questions - SPBL 6000 A1 SILVERCREST

How do I charge the power bank itself?
Connect the supplied USB cable (Type A to Micro-USB) to the power bank's Micro-USB input and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (5V, min. 2A, not included). Do not use a computer USB port as it may not provide sufficient current.
How can I check the battery status of the power bank?
Press the ON button lightly. The LED display will show the approximate battery percentage for about 30 seconds, then turn off. Press again to reactivate.
How do I charge a device with the power bank?
Connect your device's charging cable to the power bank's USB output (USB Type A). The charging will start automatically. If not, press the ON button. To stop, disconnect the cable.
What should I do if the power bank does not charge?
Check the cable connections and ensure you are using a power adapter with at least 5V/2A. If it still doesn't charge, the power bank may be defective.
What should I do if a connected device is not charging?
First, check if the power bank battery is drained. If not, ensure the device is properly connected and press the ON button. The device's current consumption must be within the power bank's output range (min. 55mA).
What does the LED display show?
The LED display shows an approximate percentage of the remaining battery capacity during charging or discharging. It is not an exact measurement.
Can I charge the power bank and a device simultaneously?
No. The manual warns not to connect any device to be charged while the power bank itself is charging. Always disconnect the charging cable from the power bank when it is fully charged.
How should I clean the power bank?
Use a slightly damp cloth with mild detergent. Avoid moisture entering the device. Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaners.
How should I store the power bank when not in use?
Store in a dry, dust-free place away from direct sunlight. If not used for a long time, fully charge the battery every few months to preserve battery life.
What safety warnings should I be aware of?
Do not expose to high temperatures, open flames, or water. Do not disassemble. Use only specified voltage/current. Keep away from children. Risk of explosion if mishandled. If you smell burning or see smoke, disconnect immediately.
