Safety measures
Read these instructions carefully for effective and safe performance of the unit. Even if you are familiar with operating such units, we strongly recommend to read the “Important safety measures” chapter and follow all the instructions strictly. Keep these instructions in a convenient place for future reference.
Use the unit according to its intended purpose only, as it is stated in this user manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or other injuries it is necessary to observe the following safety measures when using the electric meat grinder:
- Before using the unit for the first time, make sure that voltage in your mains corresponds to the voltage specified on the unit.
- In order to avoid fire do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.
• Use only the attachments supplied. - To avoid risk of electric shock, never immerse the unit, the power cord and the power plug into water or other liquids.
• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the unit body.
• Never leave the operating unit unattended. - Always switch the meat grinder off and unplug it before assembling, disassembling and cleaning.

Place the unit on a flat steady surface away from heat sources, open flame, moisture and direct sunlight.

Do not set the unit on the heated surface or near it (for instance, near gas or electric stove or heated oven).
- Handle the power cord carefully.
- Do not use the power cord for carrying the unit.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table, and make sure it does not touch sharp edges and hot surfaces.
- When unplugging the unit from the mains, pull the plug but not the cord.
- Do not connect or disconnect the power cord from the mains and do not touch it with wet hands, this may cause electric shock.
- Do not use the unit if the power cord or the plug is damaged, if the unit malfunctions or was dropped or is damaged in any other way.
- For repair of the unit or changing of the power cord apply to the authorized service center.
- For children safety do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or film. Danger of suffocation!
- Close supervision is necessary when children or disabled persons are near the unit.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all the necessary instructions by a person who is responsible for their safety on safety measures and information about danger that can be caused by improper usage of the unit.
Reverse mode (REVERSE) is used for removing obstructions appeared during food processing.
Food tray (2) provides convenient food layout during processing.
Three grates with openings of different size (9, 12, 13) are intended for different degrees of grinding.
Special accessories are used for sausages (14) and «kebbe» (15) making.
Overheating protection system protects the electric motor from overheating.
ATTENTION!
- Before grinding meat make sure that all bones and excess fat are removed.
ENGLISH
- Use only the pusher (1) provided. Do not push the products with other objects or your fingers.
- Do not immerse the meat grinder body into water or other liquids.
- When using «Kebbe» attachments (15) and sausages attachment (14) do not put grates (9, 12, 13) and the blade (10).
- Do not try to process food with hard fiber (for example, ginger or horseradish) in the meat grinder.
- In order to avoid obstructions do not use excessive force while pushing meat.
- If the screw or cutting blade stop working due to hard piece stuck in the feeder, switch the unit off immediately and remove the obstruction before starting operation again.
- If the overheating protection system has actuated due to overloading, do not switch the unit on at once, wait for 20-30 minutes, then continue operating, but push the food into the grinder head opening with less efforts.
- To select the reverse mode (REVERSE) of meat grinder, switch it off by pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6) and wait for 5-6 seconds to let the motor stop completely, only then press the «REV» button (5).
Before using the meat grinder
After the unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Unpack the meat grinder and remove all package materials, wipe the unit body with a damp cloth.
- Wash all removable parts with warm water and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry.
- Before using the unit for the first time, make sure that voltage in your mains corresponds to the voltage specified on the unit.
Using the meat grinder
- The meat grinder is intended to grind boneless meat (for household use only).
- Assemble the unit and place it on a flat dry surface.
- Make sure that ventilation openings on the body are not blocked.

Insert the power plug into the socket.
- Place a suitable bowl under the grinder head (3).
- Make sure that the meat is defrosted thoroughly, remove excess fat and bones, and cut the meat into small cubes or strips of such size, that allows to freely put them into the food tray opening (2).
- Switch the unit on by pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), the indicator will light up.
- Slowly feed the meat pieces into the grinder head body (3) using the pusher (1).
- During operation use only the pusher(1) supplied.
- Do not use any other objects to push meat, do not push meat with your hands.
- Do not make excessive efforts to push the food.
- Food obstruction may appear during meat grinding. Use the reverse mode to remove the obstruction.
- To use it switch the grinder off by pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), wait till the motor stops completely, then press the «REV» button (5); switch to normal operation mode in 5-6 seconds.
- Continuous operation time of the unit should not exceed 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes of continuous use, switch the unit off and let it cool down to the room temperature (about 1 hour), after that you can continue operation.
- After you finish operating, switch the unit off, pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), and unplug the unit; after that you can disassemble the unit.
Meat grinding
- Insert the screw (11) into the grinder head body (3), set the crossed blade (10), select the required grate (9, 12, 13) and set it above the blade, matching the grooves on the grinder head body (3), tighten the nut (8) (pic. 1)
Attention!
- Face the blade cutting side to the grate. If the blade is installed improperly, it will not mince the products.
- When assembling the grinder head, do not tighten the nut (8) strongly; tighten it completely after setting of the assembled meat grinder head.
ENGLISH
- Coarse (12, 13) grates suit for processing raw meat, fish, vegetables, dried fruit, cheese, etc.
- Small grate (9) suits for processing raw meat as well as cooked meat, fish etc.
- Install the assembled meat grinder head (3) and rotate it counterclockwise until bumping (pic. 2).
- Place the food tray(2) on the meat grinder head body(3) (pic. 3).
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Switch the unit on by pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), the indicator will light up.
- During the operation use only the pusher (1) to push the products (pic. 4).
Note:
- For better meat processing slice it in cubes or stripes. Defrost frozen meat thoroughly.
- During the operation use only the pusher supplied with the unit; do not use any other objects, do not push the meat with your fingers.
- After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), and unplug the unit; after that you can disassemble it.
- To remove the meat grinder head press the lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head (3) clockwise and remove it.
- To disassemble the meat grinder head, unscrew the nut (8) and take out the grate (9, 12, 13), the blade (10) and the screw (11).
Attention!
If food obstructions appear during meat grinding, use the reverse mode function; to use it switch the grinder off by pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), wait till the motor stops completely, then press the «REV» button (5); switch to normal operation mode in 5-6 seconds.
If the screw (11) and the blade (10) stop rotating suddenly during the operation:
- switch the unit off pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6) and unplug it;
- let the motor cool down for about 20-30 minutes;
- switch the meat grinder on again.
Making sausages
- Prepare minced meat.
- Insert the screw (11) into the meat grinder head body (3), install the sausage attachments (14) on the screw, check if the ledges on the attachment (14) match the grooves on the meat grinder head body (3) and tighten the nut (8) (pic. 5).
- Install the assembled meat grinder head, rotating it counterclockwise until complete fixation and tighten the nut (8) completely (pic. 6).
- Install the food tray (2) (pic. 7).
- Place the minced meat on the food tray (2).
- Use natural sausage casing, putting it firstly into a bowl with warm water for 10 minutes.
- Pull softened casing on the attachment (14) and make a knot on the tip.
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Switch the unit on by pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), the indicator will light up.
- Use the pusher (1) (pic. 8) to pull down the minced meat, move the casing away from the attachment (14) according to filling, wet the casing as it dries.
- After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), and unplug the unit; after that you can disassemble it.
- To remove the meat grinder head press the locking button (4), turn the meat grinder head clockwise and remove it.
- Unscrew the nut (8) and disassemble the meat grinder head.
Using "kebbe" attachments
Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked of lamb meat, wheat flour and spices cut together for getting a base for hollow rolls. Rolls are filled and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various fillings.
Prepare the casing base.
- Insert the screw (11) into the meat grinder head body (3), install the "kebbe" attachments (15) on the screw, check if the ledges on the attachment match the grooves on the meat grinder head body (3) and tighten the nut (8) (pic. 9).
- Install the assembled meat grinder head, rotating it counterclockwise until bumping and tighten the nut (8) completely (pic. 10).
- Install the food tray (2) (pic. 11).
- Put the prepared casing base on the food tray (2).

- Use the pusher (1) to supply the casing base (pic. 12).
- Cut the rolls of the required length.
- After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), and unplug the unit; after that you can disassemble it.
- To remove the meat grinder head press the lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head (3) clockwise and remove it.
- Unscrew the nut (8) and disassemble the meat grinder head.
RECIPE
(Filling)
Lamb meat 100 g
Olive oil 1,5 table spoon
Onion (minced) 1,5 table spoon
Spice to taste
Salt 1/4 tea spoon
Flour 1 table spoon or 1/2 table spoon
• Grind the lamb meat once or twice.
- Fry onion in oil till it gets gold color, and then add minced lamb meat, spice, salt and flour.
(Casing)
Lean meat 450 g
Flour 150-200 g
Spice 1 tea spoon (to taste)
Nutmeg 1 pc.
Ground chilly pepper (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
- Grind the meat thrice, grind nutmeg, and mix the components.
- More meat and less flour in a casing provide better consistency and taste of the prepared dish.
- Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as you wish.
- Deep fry the rolls.
CLEANING AND CARE
- After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), and unplug it.
- Press the lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head clockwise and remove it.

Unscrew the nut (8), remove the installed attachments (9, 12, 13, 14, 15), remove the blade (10) from the screw (11).

Remove the screw (11) from the meat grinder head (3).
- Remove remains of food from the screw.
- Wash all the parts of the meat grinder with warm soapy water and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry them thoroughly before assembling.
- You may wash the accessories (1, 2, 14, 15) in a dish washing machine.
- Wipe the meat grinder body (7) with a slightly damp cloth.
- Do not use solvents or abrasives for cleaning the unit.
- Provide that no water gets inside the meat grinder body.
- Before storing oil the grates (9, 12, 13) and the blade (10) with vegetable oil - this will protect them from oxidation.
- You may store the grates (9, 12, 13) and attachments (14, 15) in the pusher (1) body (pic. 13).
