How do I pair the headphones with my phone?

Turn on the headphones by pressing and holding the power button. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for 'SEP PANNION ANC'. Select it to pair. If prompted for a PIN, enter '0000'.

How do I turn on Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)?

Press the ANC button on the left earcup. A voice prompt will confirm the mode change. Press again to turn off ANC.

How long does the battery last?

With ANC on, you get up to 28 hours of playtime. With ANC off, up to 38 hours. Standby time is around 200 hours.

Can I use the headphones while charging?

Yes, you can use the headphones while charging via USB-C. However, we recommend charging them fully before first use for optimal battery life.

How do I connect to two devices at once?

The headphones support multipoint Bluetooth. Pair with the first device, then put the headphones into pairing mode again and connect the second device. Audio will switch automatically based on activity.

What does the LED indicator mean?

Red solid: charging. Off: fully charged or AUX connected. Blue and red blinking: pairing mode. Blue intermittent: connected. Blue solid: fully charged.

Can I use a wired connection?

Yes, use the included 3.5 mm audio cable to connect to devices without Bluetooth. Note that when the cable is plugged in, the headphones turn off and the buttons will not work.

How do I clean the headphones?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasive cleaners. Avoid getting moisture into the earcups or charging port.

What should I do if the headphones don't turn on?

Make sure they are charged. Connect to a USB-C charger and wait a few minutes, then try turning on. If still unresponsive, contact an authorized service center.

Are the headphones water-resistant?

No, they are not water-resistant. Avoid exposure to rain or splashes. Do not immerse in water, as this will void the warranty.

3. Putting into operation

Before first use, be sure to read the safety instructions contained in this user's manual carefully.

Before first use, start charging the headphones to the maximum level.

Turning on the headphones – press and hold the power button in the default position and wait for the headphones to greet you.

Turning off the headphones – press and hold the power button in the default position and wait for the headphones to announce the shutdown.

Note: To prevent damage to your hearing, always keep the volume level of your device to a minimum before connecting BT headphones to your mobile device.

Note: The BT headphones will turn off after a longer period of inactivity unless they are paired to another device.

4. Bluetooth

The headphones are equipped with a two-channel BT module. This means that it is

possible to have headphones connected to two devices at the same time. The audio signal will come from the last connected device until there is a state change in the other device (for example, an incoming call). The audio signal source used will then be replaced by a second audio signal source. You cannot operate both audio signals simultaneously.

To pair the BT headphones with your mobile device, do the following:

Turn on the BT speaker and search for its Bluetooth name "SEP PANNION ANC" on the device to which you wish to pair and start the pairing process. If you are requested to enter a pairing code while your device and the BT headphones are pairing, use the following code: "0000".

To cancel the pairing process, disconnect the BT headphones from your mobile device (cancel the Bluetooth pairing).

Note: To ensure a stable Bluetooth connection, make sure that the distance between the BT headphones and your paired device is kept within 10 meters. Depending on ambient interference, in some cases it may be necessary to maintain a shorter distance between the BT headphones and the paired device.

5. Audio AUX IN

The headphones are equipped with a 3.5mm jack. Your device can be connected to BT headphones using an audio cable. First connect the audio connector to your appliance and then into the socket in the BT headphones. When the audio cable is connected, the headphones will automatically turn off While the audio cable is connected, the device control functions will not be available.

Notice: Before connecting your device to the BT headphones, ensure that the output signal from your device is at its minimum level (minimum output volume). This will prevent the BT headphones from damage.

6. Ambient Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The ANC function suppresses ambient noise. To switch the mode on or off, press the ANC button on the left headphone. The mode change will be notified by an appropriate message.

Note: If you are in an unfamiliar environment, do not use the ANC function to avoid injury. More power is consumed when listening to music and the ANC function is switched on.

8. Charging

A fully charged battery provides power for several hours of operation at normal volume levels. A high volume consumes more battery power; therefore, we recommend listening at normal volume levels. Charging of the BT headphones will be indicated by a red LED.

The LED is off during the charging process to indicate a fully charged battery.

Caution: For charging, use only the original accessories supplied with the appliance. To maximize battery life, it is advisable to start charging the battery only after a low battery condition (10–20%) has been reported. Charge continuously until fully charged. If the battery life is already very short, it is exhausted and we recommend you contact an authorised service centre for more information.

Tip: A low battery is first reported at 20% and then at 10%. We recommend that you start charging to full level at the first sign of a low battery.

Recommendation: If your headphones are not to be used for an extended period of time, we recommend to fully charge the batteries once every two to three months.
