How do I pair the Sencor SEP GRIM earphones with my phone?

Remove the earphones from the charging case. They will enter pairing mode automatically. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select SEP GRIM. If prompted for a PIN, enter 0000.

How do I turn on/off the earphones?

The earphones turn on automatically when removed from the charging case. To turn them off manually, press and hold the touch button on either earbud for 5 seconds. They also turn off when placed back in the case.

How do I switch between ANC, Transparency, and off modes?

Double-tap the touch button on the right earphone to cycle through Transparency, ANC, and ANC Off modes. You will hear a voice prompt indicating the current mode.

Can I use the earphones while charging?

No, the earphones charge only when placed in the charging case. You cannot use them while they are charging.

What is the battery life of the earphones?

Battery life depends on volume and ANC usage. At 50% volume with ANC off, you get up to 6 hours. With ANC on, up to 4 hours. Higher volume reduces battery life.

How do I reset the earphones?

Place both earphones in the charging case, close the lid, and wait 10 seconds. Then remove them again to reset the connection. If issues persist, forget the device in Bluetooth settings and re-pair.

Are the earphones waterproof?

They have an IPX4 rating, meaning they are splash-resistant but not waterproof. Avoid submerging them in water or exposing them to heavy rain.

Can I use the earphones individually (mono mode)?

Yes, you can use either earbud independently. Simply remove one earbud from the case; it will automatically connect as a mono headset.

How do I control music playback?

Use the touch buttons: single tap to play/pause, double tap to skip forward (right earbud) or go back (left earbud), long press for 2 seconds to adjust volume (left for volume down, right for volume up).

Why is one earbud not working?

First, ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them in the case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then remove them. If the issue continues, reset the earphones by forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings and re-pairing them.

3. Putting into operation

Before first use, be sure to read the safety instructions contained in this user's manual carefully.

Before first use, start charging the charging case and earphones to the maximum level.

Opening and closing the case – The case is opened and closed by Itpping the top lid from the front side to the back side as shown in the main picture.

To turn on the earphones – Remove the earphones from the charging case or press and hold the power button in the default position and wait for the earphones to say hello.

To turn off the earphones – Insert the earphones into the charging case, the earphones will automatically turn off, or press and hold the touch button for 5 seconds.

Pairing the earphones with each other - The earphones are already paired from the

factory and do not need to be paired with each other. (If pairing to TWS mode fails, return the earphones to the charging case and repeat the above instructions).

Note: To prevent damage to your hearing, always keep the volume level of your device to a minimum before connecting BT earphones to your mobile device.

To ensure proper function, keep the earphones touch control area clean. Avoid avoid random contact with other body parts such as hair.

Note: The BT earphones will turn off after a longer period of inactivity unless they are paired to another device.

4. Bluetooth

To pair the BT earphones with your mobile device, do the following:

Remove the earphones from the charging case and search for the Bluetooth earphones

name "SEP GRIM" on the device you want to pair and start the pairing process. If you are requested to enter a pairing code while your device and the BT earphones are pairing, use the following code: "0000".

To cancel the pairing process, disconnect the BT earphones from your mobile device (cancel the Bluetooth pairing).

Note: To ensure a stable Bluetooth connection, make sure that the distance between the BT earphones and your paired device is kept within 10 meters. Depending on ambient interference, in some cases it may be necessary to maintain a shorter distance between the BT earphones and the paired device.

5. Ambient Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The ANC function suppresses ambient noise. To turn on, off or change mode, press the touch button on the right earphone twice. The mode change will be notified by an appropriate message.

Note: If you are in an unfamiliar environment, do not use the ANC function to avoid injury. More battery power is consumed while listening to music and the ANC function is switched on.

6. Charging

A fully charged battery provides power for several hours of operation at normal volume levels. A high volume consumes more battery power; therefore, we recommend listening at normal volume levels.

When the BT earphones are placed in the charging case, the case LED shows the charging status of the BT earphones and the charging case:

Earphone LED indicator flashes – the earphones are ready to pair

Earphone LED indicator flashes occasionally – the earphones are in playback mode

Earphone LED indicator is lit – the earphones are charging from the charging case

Charging case LED indicator "6" is blinking slowly – the case is charging

Charging case LED indicator "6" is lit – the charging case is charged / the earphones are charged from the charging case

Caution: For charging, use only the original accessories supplied with the appliance. To achieve maximum battery life, it is advisable to start charging the battery only when the battery is low (10% - 20%). Charge continuously until fully charged. If the battery life is already very short, it is exhausted and we recommend you contact an authorised service centre for more information.

Recommendation: If your earphones are not to be used for an extended period of time, we recommend to fully charge the batteries once every two to three months. We recommend to store the BT earphones and the charging case with the battery charged to prevent irreparable damage to the battery (loss of capacity).
