Frequently Asked Questions - 59G607 Graphite

How do I change the dust bag?
Switch off and unplug the vacuum. Open the dust compartment lid, remove the full bag, dispose of it, and insert a new paper bag. Ensure it clicks into place before closing.
What type of filter does the 59G607 use?
It uses a washable HEPA filter. Rinse it under cold water every 3 months and let it dry completely before reinserting.
Why is the vacuum not picking up dirt properly?
Check if the dust bag is full, the filter is clogged, or the hose/brush head is blocked. Also ensure the suction setting is high enough for the surface.
How can I clean the filter?
Remove the filter from the vacuum, tap off loose dust, and wash with lukewarm water. Do not use detergents. Air dry for 24 hours before reinstalling.
What is the cable length?
The power cord is 6 meters long, giving an operating radius of up to 8 meters with the hose.
The vacuum overheats and shuts off. What should I do?
Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Check for blockages in hose, nozzle, or filter. Allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
Can I use the vacuum to pick up liquids?
No, this model is designed for dry vacuuming only. Using it on liquids can damage the motor and void the warranty.
Where can I find replacement parts?
Replacement dust bags, filters, and accessories are available online or at authorized Graphite service centers. Check the brand's official website for compatible parts.
How do I store the vacuum?
Wrap the cord around the storage hooks, place the vacuum in upright position, and store it in a dry, cool area. Keep the hose and attachments neatly stored.
The brush roll does not rotate. How to fix?
Ensure the brush roll is free from hair or debris. Check the belt for wear or breakage. If needed, replace the belt following the manual instructions.
