Why won't my Xblitz Z10 Slim turn on?

Check if the car cigarette lighter socket provides constant power. The device turns on automatically with the car. If not, press the power button for 1 second. Ensure the charger is properly connected.

Why does my dashcam restart while driving?

This is usually due to an unstable power source. Check the connection to the cigarette lighter and try a different power outlet if available.

How do I set up loop recording?

Connect to the Roadcam app, go to Settings, and choose Cycle recording time: 1min, 3min, 5min, or off. When the memory card is full, it overwrites the oldest unprotected files.

The device shows 'card full' message. What should I do?

Set the G-sensor to minimum in the app to reduce protected files. Format the microSD card to FAT32 on a computer first, then format it in the recorder via the settings menu.

Why is the recorded audio noisy or distorted?

The built-in condenser microphone is very sensitive and picks up all background noises. Windshield air vents can also cause distortion. Ensure the recording area is quiet.

How do I connect the dashcam to my phone?

Download the Roadcam app from Google Store. Turn on Wi-Fi on your phone, connect to the network Xblitz Z10 Slim (password: 12345678). Open the app to access live view, recordings, and settings.

Can I take photos with this dashcam?

Yes. In the Roadcam app, switch to Camera mode and press the 'Taking picture' button. Photos are saved to the microSD card.

What should I do if the device becomes unresponsive?

Briefly press the Reset button (small hole) with a paperclip. Alternatively, reset to factory defaults in the app settings.

Why do I see horizontal stripes in the video?

This is due to incorrect frame rate setting. Go to settings in the app and set the frequency to 50Hz or 60Hz matching your region's power grid.

What type of memory card should I use?

Use a branded Class 10 microSD card up to 32 GB. Format it to FAT32 before first use. Always insert or remove the card with the device turned off to avoid damage.

PRODUCT USE

Car camera Xblitz Z10 Slim allows you to monitor the route of your vehicle and record any traffic events. The video recorder is made of the highest quality components.

03. BEFORE USE

1. It is recommended to use class 10 branded microSD card.
2. Please format the card before inserting it into the DVR.
3. The camera must be turned off when inserting the memory card, otherwise the card and the device may be damaged. The same applies to removing the card from the device.
4. When the memory card becomes full, the oldest unprotected recordings will be overwritten.
5. It is recommended that you set the G - SENSOR option to minimum to avoid protecting unnecessary footage and thus losing memory card space. The card

should be formatted in FAT32 file system first on your computer, then on the recorder.

1. Audio: The unit is equipped with a condenser microphone that records all ambient sounds. The sounds may overlap, causing distortion.

04. INSTALLATION

1. Select and clean a mounting location for the camera.
2. Mount the camera bracket.
3. Insert the memory card into the camera.
4. Place the device in the camera mount.
5. Point the camera lens towards the roadway.
6. Connect the power adapter to the camera.
7. Route the power cable so that it does not obstruct the view while driving (see picture F).
8. Plug the power adapter into the cigarette lighter socket of the car.

05. OPERATION

1. Activation: The DVR can be activated when placed in the vehicle by pressing the power button for 1 second. The unit turns off when the power button is pressed for 2 seconds.
2. Charging: connect via USB or car charger. Connect to the car charger (SEE POINT: INSTALLATION; 6.,7.,8.) The DVR records automatically when the car starts, turns off and saves the last file when the car stops.
3. Connecting to an application
4. Specialized software (ROADCAM) is used to control the operation of the device. The Wi-Fi network name of the device is Xblitz Z10 Slim and the default Wi-Fi password is 12345678. The software can be downloaded from the Google Store. All device settings can be accessed from the cam app.
5. Recording
6. Turn on the Wi-Fi of your phone, connect the Wi-Fi of the app. Then the DVR will enter the default recording mode. In recording mode, the operation indicator shows if the device records. The recording file will be saved to SD/MMC card. To stop, press the record button or end, when the car stops, the operation indicator will not flash.

8. Turn on the recorder, and also turn on the application to select the camera mode by going to camera mode. To take a picture, press the "Taking picture".

06. SETTING FUNCTIONS:

Leave the device on, connect the application to the cell phone, enter the home screen and click the Settings interface in the upper right corner.

1. Recording: if you want to record, you can open it.
2. Preview and delete: keep the connection between your device and cell phone. If you want to view previously recorded videos, you can click "previous video" in the mobile app. If you want to view photos taken earlier, you can click "previous photo" in the mobile app.
3. Camera time watermark: if a watermark is required, you can set it.
4. Format: Select to format the SD card.
5. Cycle recording time: 1min / 3min / 5min / off.
6. Version: Check the software version.

07. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. Do not disassemble or tamper with the camera yourself. Contact service if a malfunction occurs.
2. Use only original accessories.
3. Use only the original charger supplied. Use of another power adapter may adversely affect the performance of the device or battery.
4. Do not use this device for any purpose that is unlawful in your country or region.
5. The device is designed for use at temperatures between 0 and 35 °C (59 °F and 77°F) and can be stored at temperatures between 5 and 45 °C (59 °F and 77 °F).
6. Do not expose the unit to damage or shock.
7. Keep the product, especially the lens, clean. Do not use detergents or chemicals when cleaning.
8. Clean the device when unplugged.
9. Keep out of the reach of children.
10. Do not expose this unit to extreme heat or fire.
11. If you smell burning plastic or electronics coming from the camera, unplug the device from the power outlet as soon as possible and contact customer service.

08. FAQ

1. The device does not turn on/off. This could be due to a permanent power source in the cigarette lighter socket.
2. The device restarts while driving. It is recommended to check the power source.
3. The device does not record in a loop (it records randomly). Check "motion detection" setting – it should be turned off.

4. The device shows "card full" message. Check "G-sensor" function and set it to a minimum. The card must be formatted in FAT32 format first in the computer, then in the recorder.

5. The device records noisy, distorted, unclear sound. The device has a very sensitive microphone that records all background noises. The recorded sounds may overlap. The windshield air intake may also distort the sound.

6. The device does not respond. Briefly press RESET or reset the unit to factory default settings.
7. Cross stripes appear on the recording. Incorrect setting of the frame rate value. Set the frequency value to 50Hz or 60Hz depending on local settings.

09. NOTE

1. Due to continuous product improvement, the manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the device/kit without prior notice. Some functions described in this manual may differ slightly from reality.
2. Use only the original charger with a 5V/1.5A charging current (do not plug directly into a 220/230V outlet). Failure to do so may cause damage to the camera or lead to dangerous situations.
3. This DVR records in a cycle if you select 1/3/5 minute as the storage time. When the storage media is full, it will record from the beginning again and automatically delete the previously recorded material. It will have 3 seconds of pause time between recordings.
4. The Wi-Fi module in the device is used to connect to your cell phone using Roadcam's dedicated software, so you can preview the camera's live video, review the recordings, and change the camera settings using your cell phone.
