Frequently Asked Questions - TANGO 4K Xblitz

What type of cookware can I use with the Xblitz TANGO 4K induction cooker?
The cooker requires ferromagnetic cookware (e.g., iron, steel, or stainless steel with a magnetic base). Check with a magnet: if it sticks, it will work.
How do I clean the induction cooker?
Unplug the cooker and let it cool. Wipe the glass surface with a damp soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges to prevent scratches.
What does the child lock function do?
The child lock prevents accidental changes to settings. Activate it by pressing and holding the lock button for 3 seconds. Deactivate similarly.
Why does the cooker turn off automatically?
The auto shut-off activates after 2 hours of no operation. This is a safety feature to prevent overheating and energy waste. You can restart it.
Can I use a pan that is not perfectly flat?
For optimal performance, use flat-bottomed cookware. Uneven bases may cause poor heating or sensor errors.
How much power does the TANGO 4K consume?
The cooker has a maximum power of 2000 W. Actual consumption depends on the selected power level. Lower settings reduce energy use.
Is the induction cooker noisy during operation?
You may hear a low humming or buzzing sound, which is normal for induction technology. It comes from the internal fan and magnetic field.
What should I do if the cooker shows an error code?
Common error codes indicate overheating, no cookware detected, or voltage issues. Turn off the cooker, let it cool, and ensure proper cookware is placed. If persistent, contact support.
Can I use the cooker at high altitudes?
Yes, the induction cooker works at high altitudes without issues as it does not rely on atmospheric pressure. However, cooking times may vary slightly.
Where can I buy spare parts for the TANGO 4K?
Spare parts like the power cord can be ordered from authorized Xblitz service centers. Check the user manual or website for contact details.

08. FAQ

  1. The unit does not turn on/off. The reason for this behaviour may be a permanent power source in the cigarette lighter socket.
  2. The unit restarts while driving. It is recommended to check the power source.
  3. The device does not record in a loop (it records randomly). Check the setting of the „motion detection” function - it should be switched off.
  4. The device shows the message „card full”. Check the „G-sensor“ and „parking mode“ functions and set them to minimum. The card must be formatted in FAT32 format first in the computer and then in the recorder.
  5. The device records noisy, distorted, unclear sound. The device has a very sensitive microphone which records all ambient noises. Recorded sounds

may overlap. Windscreen air intake may also distort the sound.

  1. The device does not respond. Briefly press the RESET button or restore the device to factory settings.

  2. Cross stripes appear on the video. Incorrect setting of the frame rate value. Set the frequency value to 50Hz or 60Hz depending on local settings.

09. NOTE

  1. Due to continuous product improvement, the manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the device and its kit without prior notice. Some functions described in this manual may differ slightly from reality.
  2. Use only the original charger with a charging current of 5V/2A. (Do not connect directly to a 220/230V outlet). Failure to do so may cause damage to the camera or lead to dangerous situations.
  3. If the device has the Parking Mode function: Parking Mode works only on direct battery power or battery power (if the device has it). It consists in the fact that when the device detects a shock (depending on the set sensitivity of the sensor), the camera starts and records the event, then turns off, this allows the device to remain in standby mode as long as possible. Recordings from parking mode may be of lower quality due to the lower frame rate characteristic of the mode. The manufacturer does not take responsibility for not recording any damage caused while using the Parking Mode.
