ENVIRONMENT
The appliance may work well in a wide range of temperatures, but there may be a difference in loaf size. The loaf will be bigger in a very warm room and smaller in a very cold room. The temperature should be from 15 °C to 34 °C.
WARNING DISPLAY:
- If the display shows "HHH" after pressing the START/STOP button, it means the temperature inside is still too high (followed by continuous beep sounds). Stop the program. - If the display shows "LLL" after pressing the START/STOP button (except for the programs JAM and BAKE), it means the temperature inside is too low (followed by continuous beep sounds). Press the START/STOP button to return to the default setting of the machine and stop the sound. Then select the BAKE program to make the temperature inside the chamber increase rapidly.
- If the display shows "E E0" or "E E1" after pressing the START/STOP button, it means that the temperature sensor does not work (followed by continuous beep sounds). Press the START/STOP button to stop the sound. Please go to the nearest authorized expert.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Please check whether all parts and accessories are complete and free of damage.

HOW TO MAKE BREAD
- Place the baking tray in position, then turn it in clockwise until it clicks in correct position. Fix the kneading blade onto the drive shaft. For easier removal of blades at the end, oil them with butter.
- Place ingredients into the baking tray. It is recommended first to put water or other liquid in the tray, then sugar, salt and flour. As the last ingredient always add baking powder or yeast.

Yeast or soda
Dry ingredients
Water or liquid
Note: the maximum quantities of the flour and yeast which may be used refer to the recipe.
- Make a small hole into the flour with finger, put in yeast and make sure it does not come into contact with the liquid or salt.
Note: the maximum quantity of flour and yeast is 600g and 3 teaspoons. It is suggested never exceed the specific quantity, otherwise the excessive rising will make the bread overflow.
- For the programs of BASIC, WHOLE WHEAT, FRENCH, SWEET, CAKE and HOME-MADE, put the fruit ingredients into the ingredient tray and then close the ingredient tray cover.
Note: During operation, the ingredient tray cover will automatically open and the ingredients will pour into the baking tray.
- Close the lid gently and plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
- Press the MENU button until your desired program is selected.
- Press the COLOR button to select the desired crust color.
- Press the LOAF button to select the desired size (700g or 1000g).
- Set the delay time by pressing the TIME button. If you want the bread maker to start working immediately, skip this step.
- Press and hold the START/STOP button for approximately 3 seconds to start working.
- Once the process is completed, you will hear 10 beeps and the LCD will return to the default setting of the appliance. Press and hold the START/STOP button for approximately 3 seconds to stop the process and take out the bread. Open the lid, put on kitchen gloves, turn the baking tray anticlockwise, and take out the tray.
Note: The baking tray and bread may be very hot! Always handle with care.
- Let the baking tray cool down before removing the bread. Then use a non-stick spoon to gently loosen the sides of the bread from the tray.
- Turn the baking tray upside down onto a wire cooling rack or clean cooking surface and gently shake until the bread falls out.
- Let the bread cool for about 20 minutes before slicing it. It is recommended to slice bread with an electric cutter. Do not use a fruit knife or kitchen knife, otherwise the bread will fall to pieces.
- If you are out of the room or did not press the START/STOP button at the end of operation, the bread will be kept warm automatically for 1 hour.
- When the bread maker is not in use or operation is complete, unplug the power cord.
Note: Before slicing the loaf, use the hook to remove the kneading blades, hidden on the bottom of the loaf. The loaf is hot, so never use your hands to remove the kneading blades.
Note: If you did not eat the whole bread, we advise you to store the rest in a plastic bag or bread basket. Bread can be stored for about 3 days at room temperature. For longer storage, pack it in a sealed plastic bag and then place it into the refrigerator. Bread is consumable for a maximum of 10 days. Storage time for homemade bread is shorter than time for bread in the market.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. For quick preparation of small bread, rolls...
Prepare them with baking powder or baking soda. We suggest that you put all liquid at the bottom of the baking tray and dry ingredients on top. Be alert during mixing, as dry ingredients may gather in the corners of the tray. Mix the ingredients well.
2. Quick program
The bread maker can bake a loaf within 1 hour 38 minutes with the QUICK function. For this program, you need hot water (48 °C – 50 °C). Because the water temperature is very critical for baking, measure it with a thermometer. If the temperature is too low, the bread will not rise to the expected size. If the water temperature is too high, the yeast will be killed before rising, which also affects the baking performance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down before you start to clean it.
- Baking tray: Rub inside and outside with a wet cloth. Do not use any sharp or abrasive agents.
- Kneading bar: If the kneading bar is difficult to remove from the axle, soak the baking tray in water.
- Lid and window: The lid can be removed for cleaning. Clean the lid and the appliance inside and outside with a wet cloth.
This appliance conforms to the CE directives for radio interference suppression and low-voltage safety and has been built to meet current safety requirements.
