SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the hair clipper, read this instruction carefully and keep it for further reference. Use the unit according to its intended purpose only, as it is stated in this user manual.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before connecting the unit to the mains for the first time, make sure that your home mains voltage corresponds to the power adapter's operating voltage.
• The adapter cord should not:
– touch hot objects and surfaces,
– be immersed into water,
– run over sharp edges of furniture,
– be used as a handle for carrying the unit. - Do not use the unit near containers filled with water, next to a kitchen sink, in wet basements or near a swimming pool.
- ATTENTION! Keep the unit dry. Never immerse the hair clipper, the adapter and the adapter cord into water or other liquids.
- Do not touch the unit body, the adapter and the adapter cord with wet hands.
• If the unit falls into water, do not try to take it out, disconnect the power adapter
from the mains immediately. Do not touch the water.
• Use the unit to cut only dry hair.
- Do not use the unit in places with high temperature and relative humidity more than 80%.
• Use only the attachment supplied.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Never use the unit if the attachment or the blades are damaged.
• Always keep the blades clean and lubricated.
• After each using remove cut-off hair from the attachment and the blade block with the brush supplied.
- Never leave the unit connected to the mains unattended. Always unplug the unit before cleaning, changing the attachments, during breaks between operations or when you do not use it.
- Never pull the adapter cord, when disconnecting the unit from the mains, take the adapter and carefully remove it from the mains socket.
- Do not allow children to touch the unit body, the adapter and the adapter cord during the unit operation.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children under 8 years of age.
- This unit is not intended for usage by people (including children over 8) with physical, neural, mental deviations or with insufficient experience or knowledge. Such persons can use this unit only if they are under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety and if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.
- Do not leave children unattended not to let them use the unit as a toy. Children can perform cleaning and maintenance of the unit under adult supervision only.

- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
- Never use the unit if the power adapter or the adapter cord is damaged, if the unit works improperly or after it was dropped.
- Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after the unit was dropped, apply to the nearest authorized service center.
- Transport the unit in the original package only.
- Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled persons.
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature, it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Unpack the unit completely and remove any stickers that can prevent unit operation.
- Check the unit for damages; do not use it in case of damages.
- Before switching the unit on, make sure that your home mains voltage corresponds to unit operating voltage.
Attachment comb (6)
- Set the required hair length. To do this, press the lock (7) and move the attachment comb (6) to the corresponding position.
- Always switch the unit off before installing and changing the attachment comb (6);
to do this, set the switch (3) to the position «OFF» and take the power adapter out of the mains socket.
- Pressing and holding the lock (7), remove the attachment from the unit body.
- To install the attachment, insert it into the groove on the unit body and then slide it downwards as far as it will go, holding the lock (7), and release the lock (7).
Lubricating oil
- Lubricate the blades after every use of the hair clipper.
– Use only the oil (9) supplied. - Do not use vegetable oil or oil that includes solvents. Solvents will evaporate, leaving thick grease that may slow down the blades motion.
Using the hair clipper
- Insert the power adapter (8) jack into the socket (1) and connect the power adapter (8) to the mains.
- Switch unit on by setting the switch (3) to the position «ON», the operation indicator (2) will light up.
- After unit operation, switch the unit off, setting the switch (3) to the position «OFF», the operation indicator (2) will go out.
- Disconnect the power adapter from the mains and from the hair clipper.
Note:
Always switch the hair clipper off during breaks in operation.
Before changing the attachment, switch the hair clipper off and remove the power adapter from the mains.
Hair cutting
– The hair should be clean and dry.
- Connect the unit to the mains.
- Before cutting hair, set the switch (3) to the position «ON» and make sure that the
hair clipper operates normally and the blades move smoothly.
- Switch the unit off, setting the switch (3) to the position «OFF», take the power adapter out of the mains socket. If there is excess oil on the blades, remove it with a dry cloth and then install the attachment comb (6).
- Seat a person so that his/her head is approximately at your eye level, cover the person's shoulders with a towel and set hair with the comb (11).
- Connect the power adapter (8) to the mains socket and switch the unit on with the switch (3).
Reminder
- Cut off a little amount of hair at a time; you can always return to the cut part for additional cutting.
- Set the hair with the comb (11) to reveal uneven locks.
- It is better to leave longer hair after cutting for the first time.
• After learning the unit better, you will be able to arrange your hair in any style you need.
Hair styling. Example
Step one
Set the attachment comb (6) to the position «5» or «8». Switch the hair clipper on with the switch (3). Hold the unit with the blades pointed upwards. Start cutting from the lower part of the head. Slowly move the clipper upwards. Cut all hair in the lower back area of the head and near the ears (pic. 1, 2, 3).
Step two
Switch the hair clipper off with the switch (3) and set the attachment to the position «11» or «14», switch the hair clipper on and continue cutting hair closer to the top of the head (pic. 4).
Step 3: cutting in the temples area
Switch the hair clipper off, set the attachment to the position «5» or «8» and cut hair on the temples. Then set it to the position «11» or «14» and continue cutting towards the top of the head.
Step 4: cutting the top of the head
Using the attachment comb in the position «11» or «14», cut the hair from the top of the head towards the crown against the hair growth direction.
- You can cut hair both against and along the direction of hair growth, but keep in mind that hair cut against the growth direction will be shorter than the hair cut along the growth.
- For shorter haircut, set the attachment comb (6) to the position «5» or «8».
• To leave longer hair, grip hair locks between your fingers and cut the hair off using the clipper (pic. 5). - You can use the comb (11): lift the hair locks and cut them off with the hair clipper over the comb (pic. 6).
• Always start cutting from the head back. - Set the hair with the comb (11) to reveal uneven locks.
• Use the scissors to trim hair.
Step 5 - the final part
In the final stage of hair cutting, remove the attachment comb (6) from the unit, turn the blades of the hair clipper towards the hair and carefully trim hair on the temples and neck (pic. 7). Do not press the clipper strongly, there is danger of injuries or cuts when open blades come in contact with the skin.
Cone-shaped haircut
Set the necessary attachment comb and start cutting from the head back towards the crown. Cut hair against hair growth from the head front to the crown and on the head sides (pic. 8). To get a flat top haircut, use the comb (11): lift the locks and cut them along the comb. Set the hair with the comb (11) to reveal uneven locks.

Hair thinning function
Hair thinning means cutting off separate locks. It allows achieving smooth transition between locks of different length. Hair thinning is performed at the final phase of hair cutting.
To extend the hair thinning comb, move the lock (4) to the utmost left position, to remove the hair thinning comb, move the lock (4) to the utmost right position.
Cleaning and care
- After the use switch the hair clipper off, remove the power adapter from the power socket and detach the adapter cord from the unit body.
- Clean the unit body with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
- Never immerse the hair clipper, the blade block or the power adapter into water or other liquids.
- Detach the attachment from the unit body. Use the brush (10) to clean the inside and outside surfaces of the attachments from the cut-off hair.
- You can wash the attachment comb (6) under a water jet, but then wipe the attachment comb (6) dry.
- Remove the blade block (5) by pressing on the upper part of the block on the blades side. Clean the blade block (5) and the inner cavity under the blade block (5) with the brush (10). Install the blade block (5) back to its place by inserting the block lock into the groove on the unit body and pressing the upper part of the block. A click of the locks shows that the blade block (5) is set properly.
- Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean the hair clipper set.
- Lubricate the blades with oil (9) after every use of the hair clipper.
Storage
- Clean the hair clipper and lubricate the blades with the lubricating oil (9) before taking the unit away for storage.
- Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool place.
