It's bubbling dangerously underground in the Fire Dragon Valley ... After a thousand years, the mighty volcano Rubino is once again on the brink of an eruption! The dragon riders can hardly wait, as according to an old legend precious dragon rubies will burst out of the Rubino. The saying goes that whoever feeds his fi re dragon with these rubies will make him invincible! Come and become dragon riders and set off for Rubino! You have to move your fi gures with tactical skill, and a bit of luck with the dice, around the volcano and try to collect the precious dragon rubies. Whoever in the end has collected the most rubies in their little bag, wins the game.
Contents
1 game board
1 volcano (consisting in an upper and a lower part)
8 dragons in 4 colors with dragon riders
4 little bags
2 dce
80 dragon rubies
12 carbon pieces
1 set of ame instructions
Preparation of the Game
Spread the game board out in the center of the table. Place the volcano in the middle of the game board, as shown. Each player receives 2 dragons of one color and the corresponding little bag. Each player places one of his dragons on the two starting squares and fills his little bag with three dragon rubies and three pieces of carbon. Remaining carbon pieces, little bags and play figures are not needed. Get both dice and the remaining dragon rubies as provisions ready for play.

How to Play
Play in a clockwise direction. The player who is the keenest on adventures starts and rolls both dice.
On the dice appear:
- No volcano
Choose one of the dice and make your dragon fly in a dockwise direction as many squares as dots shown. There may be any number of dragons on one square.
The second die indicates how many rubies you now have to take from the provision and throw them into the volcano.
game board in center of table, place volcano in middle, dragons on starting squares
each player puts 3 dragon rubies ana 3 carbon pieces into his little bag and places it in front of him
get dice and remaining dragon rub ies ready
roll both dice
no volcano = fly ahead with dragon, then throw rubies into volcano

one volcano = briefly lift upper part of volcano
then fly onwards with dragon
Nothing falls out? Throw 3 dragon rubies into the volcano
two volcanoes = throw 3 drag on rubies into volcano, then lift upper part of volcano
Collect dragon rubies:
- landed on square with ruby (rubies) = collect them all
- One volcano
Briefly lift the upper part of the volcano. If the volcano is filled up, dragon rubies will fall out.
→ If some rubies land on a marking line between two squares you choose on to which square you want to shove them.
→ The rubies that tumble beyond squares are returned to the provision.
→ Dragon rubies that donfall out of the volcano just stay where they are.
Now place the upper part of the volcano back on the lower part. Then you can fly one of your dragons as many squares ahead, in a clock wise direction, as dots shown on the other die.
Watch out:
If nothing falls out of the volcano, you have to take three rubies from the provision and throw them inside the volcano! (As a reminder there are three rubies shown on the volcano symbol on the die.)
- Two volcanoes
First throw three dragon rubies from the provision inside the volcano. Then lift the upper part of the volcano and proceed with the rubies as described above.
Important:
Dragon rubies that fall onto a square with one or several figures on it, when the upper part of the volcano is lifted, may not be collected and have to stay there.
How you collect dragon rubies:
There are two ways to get the precious dragon rubies
-
If one of your dragons lands on a square with one or more drag on rubies you can collect and put them in your little bag.
-
flone of your dragons lands on a square with one or more dragons of the other players you can, without looking, steal a piece out of the little bag of one of those players. Show it to everyone and place it in your little bag. With a little luck you will seize a ruby and not a piece of carbon. (If the little oag was empty, unfortunately you were unlucky, and also cannot steal any pieces of another player.)
f your dragon lands on a square with both dragon rubies and dragons of other players, you are allowed to collect the rubies as well as steal a piece from another player.
Then it's the turn of the next player to roll the die.
End of the Game
The game ends as soon as the provision is left with fewer rubies than a player needs to throw inside the volcano. This player can finish his turn and collect drag on rubies and/or steal a piece from another player, if this is the case.
Then all players count their dragon rubies. The carbon pieces are worthless. The one who collected the most dragon rubies wins the game and goes down in history with his invincible dragon! In the case of a draw there are various winners
landed on occupied square = steal from other player
next player
not enough rubies in provision = end of game
most dragon rubies = winner
