PLEASE NOTE: The remote control (B) requires 2 x AAA batteries (included). It is recommended to use alkaline or heavy-duty batteries as this will ensure a longer playtime.

Important: The soundbar will automatically pair with its subwoofer. While the subwoofer is searching for the soundbar, the LED indicator (Ref.12) will flash. Once the connection is successful, the LED will remain steady.

If the subwoofer becomes unpaired from the soundbar, please follow these steps to pair it:

• Power on both the soundbar and the subwoofer.
- Press and hold the MUTE button on the remote control (Rem.24).
- The LEDs on both the soundbar and the subwoofer will start flashing.
- Press the PAIRING button on the subwoofer. The soundbar and subwoofer will automatically search for each other.
- Once pairing is successful, the LEDs on both units will remain solid (the subwoofer LED will turn steady orange).

1. Power On/Off.

2. INPUT: Press to switch between modes.

3. Play/Pause: In Bluetooth/USB mode, press to pause/play media.

4. Back: Use in Bluetooth and USB modes to go back a track.

5. Volume - Adjust volume.

6. Flat: To return factory settings.

7. Bass +/-: To adjust during MUSIC, MOVIE or DIALOG mode. It is invalid during DEFAULT mode.

8. 3D on/off- audio surround sound preset.

9. RESET: Press and hold for three seconds to reset the volume and the EQ mode back to the default value.

10. MUTE: Press the button to mute the sound. Press once again to unmute the sound.

11. Forward button: Use in Bluetooth/USB mode to go forward a track.

12. Volume +

13. Media Modes: Select Music, Dialog or Movie EQ mode.

14. Treble +/-: To adjust during MUSIC, MOVIE or DIALOG mode. It is invalid during DEFAULT mode.

15. PAIR: To connect or to disconnect from a Bluetooth device.

Mounting the Soundbar to the Wall

The Majority NAGA 40 Plus Soundbar can be placed on a flat surface or optionally wall-mounted using the brackets and screws provided in the box.

This section provides step-by-step instructions for preparing the soundbar for wall installation.

Mark and drill four holes, spaced 230mm apart, ensuring they are level and horizontally aligned (Diagram A).

Insert four screws through the two wall-mount brackets and secure them to the wall with the wall plugs included (Diagram B).

Position the soundbar to the wall-mount brackets as per this diagram shown below (Diagram C).

PLEASE NOTE: The instructions within this user manual will refer to the button number on the soundbar (Ref 'number'), or buttons on remote control e.g. (Rem. 'number'), in accordance with the diagrams from pages 4 - 7.

Connecting to the Mains Socket

Ensure that the power supply voltage is within the range of 100V\~240V. Any other voltage may cause damage to the unit.

Fully unwind the mains cable for both the soundbar and the subwoofer.

Insert the soundbar's power cable into its port (Ref.10), and then plug it into a mains socket.

Next, plug the subwoofer's power cable directly into a mains socket.

Ensure that both the soundbar and subwoofer plugs are fully and securely inserted into the wall sockets before powering on.

Important!

Ensure all audio cable connections of the units are properly inserted before connecting the soundbar and its subwoofer to the mains power socket. Unplug the power cords from the outlet when the unit is not in use for an extended period of time.

Changing Soundbar Mode

PLEASE NOTE: When the soundbar LED indicator shows a red light, this indicates that the soundbar is switched off. Press the Power ON/OFF button (Rem.15) to turn the soundbar on.

Audio Settings

Equaliser	Bass/Treble Options dB(decibels) refers to sound level.
MUSIC	Manually change BASS and TREBLE settings (between 0 dB and -4 dB to ~ 4 dB).
DIALOG	Manually change bass and treble setting (between 0 dB and -4 dB to ~ 4 dB).
MOVIE	Manually change bass and treble setting (between 0 dB and -4 dB to ~ 4 dB).
FLAT	FLAT is the default EQ. BASS+ BASS- TRE+ TRE- functions are disabled.

Please note: The 3D surround sound effect button (Rem.22) is a predefined preset which cannot be used with other EQ. Bass and Treble cannot be manually changed while using 3D.

Using the USB Playback Port

- Plug in a USB stick to the USB jack port (Ref.8) on the soundbar.

- Press the 'INPUT' button (Rem.16) on the remote control to change the mode to USB. The LED light indicator will turn PURPLE.

• Once in USB mode, the soundbar will automatically start playing audio from the USB stick.

USB Device

PLEASE NOTE:

• The maximum memory size of a USB sticker 64GB.
• The USB sticker must be formatted into FAT32 before use.
• The supported audio file format is MP3

The USB port cannot be used as a port of connection with other devices as this is only for playback.

Using the ARC Input

Before connecting, switch off both the soundbar and TV.

Connect the soundbar to TV:

- Plug in the ARC cable (not included) to the ARC jack port on the rear panel of the Soundbar (Ref.7).

- Plug the other end of the cable into the TV's HDMI ARC output port. Ensure the TV port that you are using is marked as ARC. Switch on the TV set.

Change soundbar mode into ARC:

- Press the 'POWER' button on the top panel (Ref.3) of the soundbar or remote control (Rem.1) to switch the soundbar on.

- Press the 'INPUT' button repeatedly on the soundbar (Ref.4) or the one on the remote control (Rem.16) on the remote control (Rem.11) until ARC Mode is selected. The LED light indicator will turn white.

Adjust the TV audio settings:

- Ensure the TV audio settings are set to HDMI ARC sound output, and the audio format is set to PCM. Enable HDMI –CEC on TV settings.

Please note: It is recommended to use an HDMI ARC cable (not included) for this type of connection. If you experience no sound from the soundbar, check the TV's audio/sound settings and set them to PCM. Alternatively, try a different type of cable connection, such as an optical cable, 3.5 mm to RCA cable or pair via Bluetooth.

Using the Optical Input

Before connecting, switch off both the soundbar and the TV.

Connect the Majority NAGA 40 Plus with an audio source such as TV, PC or similar with an Optical Audio Output using a Digital Optical Audio cable (not included).

Connect the soundbar to TV, PC, audio source:

• Insert one end of the Digital Optical Audio cable to the optical output on the audio source and the other end to the Optical Input on the Soundbar (Ref.9).
• Press the 'POWER' button on the soundbar (Ref.3) or on the remote control (Rem.15) to switch the soundbar on.

Change the soundbar mode into Optical:

- Press the 'INPUT' button repeatedly on the Soundbar (Ref.4) or the INPUT button on the remote control (Rem.16) until Optical Mode is selected. The LED light indicator will turn YELLOW.

Adjust the audio settings on TV, PC audio source:

- Using the native controls on your connected device, make sure the audio settings are set to Digital Optical Audio, and the digital audio format is set to PCM.

Audio from the connected audio source will now be heard through the NAGA 40 Plus.

Using the AUX Input

Before connecting, switch off both the soundbar and the device you are about to connect.

Connecting to External Devices Using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm Audio Cable (Not Included)

• Insert one end of the 3.5mm audio cable into the AUX input socket on the rear panel of the soundbar (Ref.6).
• Insert the other end into the audio output/headphone output of an external device, such as a PC, MP3 player, phone, tablet, TV or another audio source.

Connecting to TV using the 3.5mm to RCA Cable (Included)

• Insert the 3.5mm cable end into the AUX input port on the rear panel of the soundbar (Ref.6).
• Insert the two RCA-coloured ends into the TV's RCA audio output ports.

Change the soundbar mode into AUX:

- Press the 'POWER' button on the soundbar panel (Ref.4) or the remote control (Rem.15) to switch the soundbar on.

- Press the 'INPUT' button repeatedly on the soundbar (Ref.4) or the 'INPUT' button on the remote control (Rem.16) until AUX mode is selected. The LED indicator light will turn GREEN.

Please note: If you connect using any of these cables with a TV and you experience no sound from the soundbar, check the TV's audio/sound settings and set them to PCM, check if the RCA port on your TV is an 'RCA output' port if is 'RCA Input' you will have no sound. Alternatively, try a different type of cable connection, such as an optical cable, ARC cable or pair via Bluetooth.

Bluetooth Operation

The Majority NAGA 40 Plus can be paired via Bluetooth with any Bluetooth-enabled device, such as a smart TV, PC, phone, tablet, or similar device, to play audio through the soundbar.

Press the 'POWER' button on the soundbar (Ref.3) or on the remote control (Rem.15) to switch on the unit.

Activating Bluetooth Mode

• Press the 'INPUT' button on the soundbar repeatedly (Ref.4) or press the 'BT/PAIR' button on the remote control (Rem.29).
  • The LED indicator light will turn BLUE. Whilst the soundbar is searching for a device to pair with, the blue LED indicator will flash a blue light.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

• Enable Bluetooth connectivity on your device and start searching for the soundbar.
• Select 'NAGA 40 Plus' from your device's Bluetooth list when prompted.
  • If a password is required, enter '0000'.
• If you encounter any issues at this stage, please refer to your device's user manual for instructions on pairing with Bluetooth devices.

Successful Connection

• When successfully paired, a beep will be heard from the soundbar, and the LED indicator will stop flashing a blue light.
• Once paired, the soundbar will remain connected unless manually unpaired by the user or until the device is reset.

Reconnecting or Unpairing a Device

• If your device becomes unpaired or fails to connect, repeat the above steps.
- To unpair the soundbar from a connected device, press and hold the 'BT/PAIR' button on the remote control (Rem.29) for 3 seconds. The blue LED light will start flashing, indicating that the soundbar is now searching for a new device to pair with.

PLEASE NOTE: The Majority NAGA 40 Plus is not compatible with Bluetooth headphones or earbuds.

Observation Potential Cause/Solution
No power/function	Check that the power is switched on at the wall socket.Check that the power adaptor is properly connected to the power outlet.
No sound	Check whether the unit is set to MUTE.Check that cables are properly installed.If cables are properly installed, please try connecting to your TV using an alternative cable.Check TV audio settings ensure these are set to PCM. If connected to other device increase the volume level on your audio source.Check if the unit is switched on and set in the correct mode.

Function disturbance	Switch off and unplug the unit. Leave for 2 minutes and switch the soundbar on again.If a particular mode is causing problems, please try an alternative connection to your TV such as Optical or Bluetooth.
No sound when connected and switched to OPTICAL mode	Check and ensure the audio setting of the input source (e.g. TV, games console, DVD player etc.) is set to PCM while using digital connection (such as Optical, HDMI or RCA).
No sound when connected and switched to ARC mode.	1.Check and ensure the audio setting of the input (e.g. TV, games console etc.) is set to ARC mode while using digital connection. Enable HDMI- CEC on TV2.Check whether the HDMI ARC cable is correctly connected to the TV ARC port1.Try a different HDMI cable ensuring that this has ARC function.2.
