How to assemble the Dreams II travel cot?

Fully unfold the frame until you hear a click to lock the rails. Then unfold each leg until they snap into place. Check that all locks are secure before installing the mattress.

What is the maximum weight supported by the cot?

The cot supports a child up to 13 kg or a height of 85 cm. Beyond that, stop using the cot to avoid fall risks.

Can I use a different mattress than the one provided?

No, only use the mattress provided by the manufacturer. An incorrect mattress can cause suffocation or death. Recommended dimensions are 1035 mm x 590 mm and 40 mm maximum thickness.

How to install and use the bassinet?

Insert the tubes into the bassinet fabric, assemble them, then attach the bassinet to the cot using the zippers. Place the mattress protector and press to check stability. Never place a child in the cot while the bassinet is in place.

When should I stop using the bassinet?

Stop using the bassinet as soon as the child starts to push up on hands and knees, can roll over, or reaches a weight of 6.8 kg.

How to fold and store the travel cot?

Remove the mattress and detach the Velcro straps. Fold the four legs by pulling the locking buttons, then press the side buttons in the middle of the rail to fold the structure in half. Store it in the provided carry bag.

Can the cot fabric be washed?

Yes, the fabric can be removed and washed if needed. Use a mild soap and warm water. For metal or plastic parts, clean with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive products, ammonia, bleach, or alcohol.

What suffocation risks should be avoided?

Never place soft bedding or mattress toppers in the cot. Ensure the mattress fits snugly. Keep cords, medications, small objects away from the cot. Always supervise your child.

How to check that the cot is properly locked before use?

Push each leg and rail to ensure they do not fold. You should hear a click when locked. If any mechanism seems defective, do not use the cot and contact the manufacturer.

WARNING

BEFORE ASSEMBLING THIS COT, READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS

• IMPORTANT: Mattresses are included and are designed specifically for this cot.
• Do not use any mattresses other than the ones supplied by the manufacturer.
• Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer. Never use substitute parts. Ensure the top rails and the base are fully locked before use.
• Stop using this cot if any of the parts of the cot are broken, torn or missing.
• Failure to follow the warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death. Contact the manufacturer for replacement parts or instructions if they are required. Keep children away while assembling/disassembling the cot.
• Do not leave anything on the folding cot (such as toys) that provide a foothold.
• Do not use the cot near naked heat sources, bar heaters, open fires or exposed flames.
• Keep the folding cot clear of trailing cables and hanging cords.
• Keep medications and small items that a child could choke on, away from the cot.
• Do not use the folding cot if fabric or padding on the side rails or end rails has been bitten through.

FALL HAZARD:

• To prevent falls, DO NOT use the folding cot once the infant has reached the manufacturer's maximum weight of 13kgs or a height of 85cm tall.
• The crib/cradle should be placed on a horizontal floor.

WARNING:

• the crib/cradle should be locked in the fixed position when a child is unsupervised in it
• When a child is able to sit, kneel or to pull itself up, the crib/cradle shall not be used anymore for this child.
• Do not to use the body of a cradle without its frame.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD - Infants can suffocate:

• In gaps between an extra pad or mattress.
- In soft bedding.
- Never leave your child unattended.
- Use this product with only one child at a time.
- To reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), Paediatricians recommend infants to be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

1. Remove the travel cot from the carry bag

1. Unfold the travel cot frame so it opens falt. It will click into locked position. Carefully swing out each leg (x4) until they click into position.

WARNING!

Check that the legs are properly locked into place. Push each leg to ensure that it does not fold back.

ASSEMBLY AND USE

1. Turn the cot upright and insert the mattress in place at the bottom of the cot.

1. Slide the Velcro straps through the openings D on the bottom of the cot and attach them firmly to the Velcro patches E under the bottom of the cot.

WARNING!

Always ensure the locking mechanisms are fully engaged before using this cot.

1. Zipper entrance for playing. Make sure to unzip or zip the entrance completely with the child inside.

BASSINET ASSEMBLY AND USE

WARNING:

(A) TO PREVENT FALLS, DO NOT USE THE BASSINET WHEN THE CHILD BEGINS TO PUSH UP ON HANDS AND KNEES OR REACH MAXIMUM WEIGHT 6.8KG OR CAN ROLL OVER.
(B) NEVER PLACE A CHILD IN THE COT WHEN THE BASSINET IS IN PLACE.

1. Inser the tubes into casing cloth. Fit the tubes together

1. The inner side of the bottom of the top rail and the top of the bassinet are provided with zip. Fasten the bassinet to the cot with zips.

1. Insert the mattress pad. Place hands inside and push down on mattress to ensure it is firm.

1. To take the mattress out of the cot, detach the Velcro tabs at the bottom of the cot and remove the mattress.

1. Turn the cot over and fold the four feet one after another: pull the closing button on the upper part of the foot (near the corner of the cot) and fold the foot towards the inside of the cot.

FOLDING THE COT

1. Press the side buttons located on the middle of the rail and fold the cot structure in half.

1. Once the travel cot structure is folded, insert it into the carry bag. Zip the carry bag shut for transportation and storing.

CARE

Maintenance

This product requires regular maintenance to keep it in good working order.

Regularly check all parts of the product to ensure that they are operating correctly and for signs of wear or damage. Only replacement parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer should be used. The fabric of cot can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap or can be removed and washed if necessary.

Cleaning

Clean metal or plastic components with mild detergent and warm water. Never use abrasive, ammonia based, bleach based or spirit type cleaners. Ensure the product is fully dry before use or storage.
