GENERAL SAFETY CONDITIONS IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

1. Before using the device, read the user manual and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by using the device contrary to its intended use or improper operation.
2. The device is for home use only. Do not use for other purposes than its intended use.
3. The device should only be connected to a grounded socket 220-240V \~50/60Hz.

In order to increase operational safety, do not connect multiple electrical devices to one circuit at the same time.

1. Be especially careful when using the device when children are nearby. Do not allow children to play with the device. Do not allow children or people who are not familiar with the device to use it.

2. WARNING: This equipment may be used by children over 8 years of age and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons who have no experience or knowledge of the equipment, if this is done under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety or if they have been given instructions on how to use the device safely and are aware of the dangers associated with its use.

6. Place the device on surfaces resistant to high temperatures.

7. Do not place any items on a closed grill.

8. For proper air circulation, a minimum distance of 30 cm is required on all sides of the grill.

9. Do not place the device on surfaces that heat up quickly.

10. Do not place the appliance on a gas or electric hob, next to a wall, or in the immediate vicinity of heat sources.

11. Do not use charcoal or similar fuels in this equipment.

12. Before cleaning, moving, disassembling, assembling and storing the grill, you should: turn off the device, disconnect it from the mains and wait for the grill to cool down

13. The appliance should not be placed under kitchen cabinets due to rising heat and steam.

14. The power cord must not be placed above the device and must not touch or lie near hot surfaces. Do not place the device under an electrical socket.

15. The device should be cleaned after each use.

16. Do not use the device with wet hands.

17. Do not touch the surface of the device with any sharp objects (e.g. a knife)
18. Do not cover the heating plate with aluminium foil etc. as this may cause heat build-up and damage the plastic parts and coating.
19. Do not place kitchen utensils on the hotplates during use. The appliance should be opened using the handle or grip, depending on the model
20. Do not use plastic kitchen utensils when operating the appliance, they may melt.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Remove the packaging and any stickers and accessories that are on the outside and inside of the appliance (between the heating plates).
2. Wipe the heating plates with a damp cloth, then a dry one.
3. Lightly grease the heating plates with vegetable oil or other fat, close the appliance and plug it into a grounded socket, the power indicator (2) and ready indicator (3) will light up.
4. Leave the device on for a few minutes to remove the factory smell. During this time, the device may emit a small amount of smoke. This is normal.
5. Then clean the device according to the "Cleaning" section.

USING THE DEVICE

Prepare the dough according to your favorite recipe.

1. Plug the enclosed device into a grounded outlet. The power (2) and standby (3) indicators will light up.
2. Wait about 5 minutes. After this time, the device should reach the required temperature - the ready light will go out (3).
3. Fully open the appliance. Pour the previously prepared dough onto the lower heating plate.
4. Close the device. Do not close the upper housing (5) by force.
5. The ready light (3) will turn on and off during operation, indicating that the thermostat is maintaining the correct temperature of the heating plates.
6. Baking time is approximately 5-7 minutes depending on taste preferences and prepared dough.
   NOTE: During operation, hot steam may escape from the upper housing (5) of the device, this is normal.
7. Fully open the top housing (5) and remove the baked waffle using only a wooden or plastic spatula.
   CAUTION! Do not use metal utensils or sharp kitchen tools as they may damage the special non-stick heating plates.
8. Before baking the next batch, close the top cover to allow the heating plates to heat up to the appropriate temperature.
9. Once baking is finished, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down.

TIPS

*Do not open the top cover during baking before the recommended time has elapsed, this may cause the formation of a so-called 'stache'

*Baked waffles should be placed on a wire rack to allow the water to evaporate from the waffle, this will cause the waffles to will be crispier.

CLEANING DEVICE

1. After use, unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down before cleaning.
2. Wipe the heating plates first with a wet cloth, then with a dry one (you can also use a paper towel).
3. The hardest to clean dough should be greased with oil and left. After a few minutes, gently remove the residue with a wooden spatula.
4. Do not use any metal or hard abrasive tools to wipe the interior/exterior of the device to avoid scratching the surface of the device.

PRIJE PRVE UPORABE

KORIŠTENJE UREĐAJA
