Automatic cleaning starts 10 seconds after the pet leaves (adjustable delay in the app).

What to do if the power indicator flashes red?

A flashing red light indicates a problem: motor jammed, waste bin full, tray not installed, protection activated, etc. Check the causes in the app and follow troubleshooting instructions.

How to clean the litter tray?

Detach the tray, rinse it with clean water and let it dry completely before reinstalling. Never immerse the motor section in water.

How to replace the activated carbon filter?

Remove the litter tray, then pull the small handles of the used filter to extract it. Insert the new filter into the slot on the rear cover of the main unit.

What does the error 'Motor jammed' mean?

This indicates that the motor is blocked by debris or clumped waste. Turn off the appliance, remove any obstruction from the litter tray, then restart.

Is the product safe for small pets?

Yes, the device is designed for pets over 1.5 kg. It is equipped with radar and a weight detector that immediately stop the mechanism if a pet approaches.

How to connect the device to the app?

Press and hold the network pairing button (3 seconds) until the WiFi indicator flashes white. Make sure your network is 2.4 GHz and that the name/password do not contain special characters.

How to enable child lock?

Press and hold the leveling button for 7 seconds. A sound signal 'Do Re Mi' confirms activation, and 'Mi Re Do' confirms deactivation.

How often should I change the triple protection pad?

It is recommended to clean the tray every 30 days and replace the triple protection pad every 6 months for optimal performance.

Can I use a non-genuine adapter?

No, only use the original adapter (model KA24D-1202000EU). Using another adapter may damage the product and pose safety risks.

Cleaning Modes

Functional Mode Descriptions
Auto Cleaning Mode	Automatically starts cleaning in 10 seconds after the pet leaves. (Time customizable in the APP)
Scheduled Cleaning Mode	Set daily cleaning times and frequency via the APP. (Night mode is turned off by default)
Manual Cleaning Mode	The device is no longer cleaned automatically or on a preset schedule. Cleaning is only activated manually via the button operation on the device or APP.
Delayed Cleaning Mode	Allows you to set a delay before cleaning starts after the pet leaves.
Soft Stool Mode	Increases litter box movement and frequency to reduce waste sticking to the sides.
Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode	Nighttime cleaning disabled. Do Not Disturb period can be customized.

Waste Bin Cleaning

When the APP indicates "Waste bin full", pull out the waste bin, lift the drawstring bag, and discard it.

Litter Box Cleaning

Detach the litter box and rinse it with clean water. Let it air dry before reinstalling.

Note:
- It is recommended to clean once every 30 days. Remove the triple-protection pad before cleaning.

Maintenance

Cleaning the triple-protection pad

1. Remove the triple-protection pad from the bottom of the litter box, rinse it with clean water, and reinstall it into the litter box after it is completely dry.

Note:
- Avoid using brushes or hard objects to scrub the surface to prevent damaging the protective coating.
- Make sure the pad is completely dry before reinstallation to prevent bacterial growth.
- For optimal performance and pet health, it is recommended to clean the box every 30 days and replace the triple-protection pad every 6 months.

Replacing the active carbon filter

Detach the litter box, then pull the small handles on both sides of the used filter to take it out. Insert the new filter into the slot on the back cover of the main unit.

· For better deodorizing and dust removal, replace the filter every 30 days or reuse it after airing it out.

Refilling deodorizing liquid

When the APP notifies you that the deodorizing liquid is running low, please refill it in time.

Note:

- To maintain optimal deodorizing performance, it is recommended to refill the deodorizing liquid every 30 days (actual frequency may vary depending on usage).

Troubleshooting

When the APP displays the following errors, please refer to the table below for the corresponding solutions and confirm in the APP whether the issue is resolved. If the issue persists, please contact official customer support for assistance.

Waste bin full Empty the waste bin as soon as possible.
Waste bin not installed	Push the waste bin back into the device.
The trash bag is not properly fitted.	Make sure the entire edge of the trash bag is aligned with the waste compartment, ensuring the bag does not bulge.
Litter box not installed Please reinstall it promptly.
Anti-pinch protection triggered	Check if the anti-pinch protection switch at the waste outlet is normal. Remove obstructions manually if any.
Motor jammed	Turn off the power, check and remove any clumped litter or debris from the litter box, then restart the device.
Unusual cat toileting Please monitor your pet's health.
Weight protection activated	The protection will automatically deactivate once the weight is removed.
Radar protection activated	The protection will automatically deactivate once the moving object leaves.
APP connection failed	1. Ensure WiFi is on 2.4GHz (not 5GHz).2. Check if your WiFi name or password contains special characters. If so, re-enter it using the English input method.
The IR detector may be blocked.	Check whether the trash bag in the compartment is obstructing the IR detector.
