SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions carefully.
- Check if the power cable, plug, and control panel are loose or damaged, or if the housing is cracked or deformed due to a hard impact. Do not use the hot water dispenser if any of the above cases occur, contact us immediately.
- Do not use the hot water dispenser if there is not enough water in it to prevent damage to the heating elements.
- The hot water dispenser is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instructions on how to use the hot water dispenser by a person responsible for their safety.
- Ensure that the hot water dispenser is operated under proper supervision if there are children around.
- Always place and operate the appliance on a flat, sturdy, clean, dry, and heat-resistant surface.
- To protect against fire, electric shock, or other personal injury, do not immerse any part of the hot water dispenser in water or any other liquid.
- Packaging materials should not be used as toys, as there is a risk of suffocation.
- Defective parts should only be replaced with original replacement parts. Only with those parts can it be guaranteed that they meet safety requirements.
- The use of parts and accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may result in injuries.
- Do not use an or near a hat gas or electric stove or in a preheated oven.
- Always handle the appliance with care. Do not place it on the edge of a table or counter to prevent it from falling. This could damage the appliance.
- Avoid touching hot surfaces when the appliance is turned on. The exterior of the appliance and the water outlet can become hat. Never tauch to check if the flowing water is hot enough; you will burn yourself with hat water.
- Avoid bums from hot steam. Do not block the steam outlet and open the lid of the water reservoir slowly when the appliance is on.
- Never place the appliance near heat-emitting devices such as ovens, gas stoves, or cooktops. Keep the appliance away from walls or other objects that can catch fire, such as curtains, towels, etc.
- Children should not play with the appliance.
Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself in case of malfunction; the tripping of the safety mechanism in the appliance may indicate a defect that is not resolved by removing or replacing this safety feature. It is necessary to use only original parts.

DISPLAY:

- Temp Button: Allows you to select your desired temperature from a range of opti ons (45-100 degrees Celsius). This enables you to customize the water temperatu re according to your needs.
- Milk: pressing this button selects the fixed mode for powdered milk, maintaining a constant temperature of 40 degrees Celsius while still providing an adjustable water volume.
- Lock Button: Used to lock the control panel screen. Pressing it for approximately 3 seconds will unlock the panel. The appliance will automatically lock if there is no operation within 40 seconds.
- Descaling: Once the „Descaling“ signal illuminates, it indicates that you need to clean the appliance. Please refer to step 5 for instructions on how to do so.
- The „Lack of Water“ signal light indicates that the water level is low, and you need to refill the hot water dispenser with more water.
- The blinking „Water droplet“ signal indicates that water will be dispensed from the appliance.
- Volume Button: Allows you to set the appropriate water volume for dispensing.
- Coffee/Tea Button: Pressing this button selects the fixed mode for coffee or tea, maintaining a temperature of 92 degrees Celsius. Caution: Above boiling point, wa ter may sporadically come out of the spout unevenly.
- On/Off Button: This button is used to activate or stop the appliance's functionality. It allows you to easily control the operation of the hot water dispenser.
REFILL WATER
Remove the lid of the water reservoir, fill it with the desired amount of water, and then close it.

NOTE: Do not exceed the maximum water level indicated.


Empty the drip tray
When the drip tray is full, hold the hot water dispenser firmly with one hand and carefully lift the tray with the other hand once the tray has been cleaned, place it back in its position.

FOR THE FIRST USE:
- Ensure that the plug is connected to a suitable power outlet.
- Fill the water reservoir with clean water (1 L).
- Place your cup on the drip tray and make sure it is aligned with the spout.
- Press and hold the lock button until the display unlocks itself.
- Press and hold the volume button [+/-) for approximately 3 seconds to activate the cleaning process.

NOTE:
During the cleaning process, the water reservoir will completely empty itself. You can stop this by pressing the volume button again. Afterwards, refill the water tank with clean water, and the appliance is ready for use.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Every time you activate a mode on the hot water dispenser, it takes approximately 3-5 seconds for water to come out. Also, consider the electrical safety: the higher the water temperature, the longer it takes for the water to be dispensed.
- Stay away from the hot water dispenser when water is being dispensed to avoid bums.
- It is normal for the water tobe slightly intermittent when the temperature is higher than 75^
- If you want to lock the hot water dispenser, simply wait for 40 seconds, and it will automatically lock.
- If you want to choose a different mode, press the wrongly selected mode again to cancel it.
- After pressing the power button to stop the water, it will stop within 3-5 seconds.
- When selecting the "000 temperature with 000 water volume" mode, it means that the water temperature is equal to the temperature of the water in the reservoir, and you can directly ad just the water volume.
- If the machine is not used for a long time, disconnect it and store it back in the original box after thorough cleaning to prevent moisture damage or loss of parts.
- IMPORTANT! Only use fresh water at room temperature without additives; otherwise, it may damage the hot water dispenser.
- T here is an anti-scratch film on the hot water dispenser; you can choose to remove it before use.

Make sure the screw at the bottom of the dispenser is locked before using it. Failure to da so may cause leakage.

To protect the pipes of the hot water dispenser, cold water will first come out for the first few seconds each time it is turned an. Therefore, discard the first cup of water after turning it an.
- Replace the water in the water dispenser every 3-4 days.
- To provide you with a better product experience, we have designed a delay. When you press the power button to dispense water, there is a delay of 3-5 seconds. Also, when you press the power button to stop the water, it will stop within 3-5 seconds.
MAINTENANCE :
- Turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power outlet. Allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Use water to clean the water reservoir.
- Clean the housing with a damp cloth. Da not use any chemical cleaning agents.
- Handle it with care at all times and place it down gently. Keep the hot water dispenser away from the edge of the table or countertop to prevent deformation or damage to its functionality if it falls from a significant height.
- Keep the appliance away from direct sunlight when not in use for lang periods.

The components are quality products. They were designed taking into consideration the latest technical knowledge, and carefully constructed using a standard, good quality material.
The warranty period is 24 months from the time of handover, which must be confirmed through a sales receipt, invoice or delivery note. Within the warranty period, any functional defects in the components will be fixed by our customer service team if these can be shown to be the result of a material defect that has arisen despite prudent handling in accordance with our operating instructions.
The warranty will include repairing defective parts or providing properly functioning replacements free of charge and at our discretion. Any parts that are replaced will become our property. The repair or replacement of individual parts does not result in an extension to the warranty period, nor is there a new warranty period for the specific components affected. There is no separate warranty period for built-in spare parts. We offer no warranty for damage or defects affecting components or their parts if these are caused by excessive use, or incorrect handling or maintenance. The same applies for failure to follow the operating instructions and for the installation of spare parts or accessories not listed in our range. Warranty claims shall be void in the event of interference or modifications to components by unauthorised individuals.
The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to natural wear and tear. In the event of a warranty claim, fault, need for a spare part or accessory, please contact the customer support centre specified here:
